We had been using a different agency prior, and it's been a world of difference. The old agency executed SEM and Paid Social channels with wild swings in strategy and too granular a focus. Klientboost (and our account manager Tony) helped us take a step back, analyze what was driving performance, and develop a simpler approach to SEM and Paid Social based on where we were seeing success.
