I appreciate how INFUSE helps grow our marketing database through lead generation campaigns. They are thorough and meticulous, ensuring the delivery of leads that are relevant to us. **What do you like best about INFUSE?**

I love the quality of the leads and the fact they match our ICP with INFUSE. I find the service from the team to be extremely helpful, friendly, proactive, and supportive. Our account manager is Jasmin and she is incredibly helpful, positive and a delight to work with. Nothing is too much trouble and she really goes out of her way to deliver the best service possible. She is also incredibly warm and friendly, and engages really well with our whole. If we're not happy with the leads, they come back and guide us through the whole process, checking in regularly. It's really supporting our lead generation and nurture programs well.

**What do you dislike about INFUSE?**

I think there's the challenge that the leads generated by content syndication are just not warmed up enough to pass directly onto the sales team. So there is a bit of a gap between those two things. But we've put nurture programs and other things in place to bridge that gap.

**What do you like best about INFUSE?**

I like the variety of programs that Infuse offers from content syndication, a meeting set program, advertising, survey program. In addition, the 6sense integration is huge as that keeps our lists fresh dynamically and helps with our lean team. It really supports our demand generation efforts, especially with a lean team. Having their support has been great for driving awareness and engagement with our content, and their integration with 6sense helps us focus our advertising tightly on our ICP. Everyone I've met at INFUSE has been wonderful, supportive, and willing to help, especially in making sure the creatives are right and on brand for Swinlane. They've also been great partners, helping us see the results we need and providing excellent support. Their sales team has been great at offering different options and guidance, creating a program that works better for our needs.

**What do you dislike about INFUSE?**

I think that the creative piece has been really helpful, but sometimes I wish that I could maybe share a little bit more direction before they get started. That might clarify and clean things up as far as us having as many rounds of revisions.

1. The entire MQL generation process is well established and proven. 

2. Their campaign channels are very effective where they can easily reach out to thousands of our target prospects. 

3. Also, the cadence and reporting mechanism is great, especially the visibility maintained through the demand accelerator dashboard. 

4. The team is very receptive of our suggestions and always ready to help us out.

Like most programmes of this scale, there were some initial onboarding and setup challenges, particularly around content creation and ensuring everything was aligned and QA’d early on.

The customer service, they are always very responsive and schedule in regular monthly meetings to check in on progress and iron out any issues that may have occurred over the previous month

There aren't many downsides of using Infuse. Very occasionally we will have delivery hiccups however these are rare and are always ironed out quickly.

I appreciate that INFUSE offers a deep funnel demand program, which is good for engaging prospects. Their EMEA database is pretty good too. The fact that they provide both top of funnel and middle of funnel leads is helpful, as I'm looking for more qualified and warmer leads. I believe the multiple touch points and intent data will definitely help. INFUSE also significantly contributes to lead nurturing, ensuring prospects remember downloading our content or getting to know our company through their program. I also appreciate that both Charmaine and Tias have been very helpful with ensuring that our campaigns run smoothly - Both pre campaign and post campaign launch.

**What do you like best about INFUSE?**

Quick & Easy Campaign Setup: Zlata does an incredible job quickly turning around preview links, no matter how many assets we provide or how many campaigns we have running. Once the preview links are approved by our client, she launches the campaigns swiftly and gets them live in no time. Zlata also works seamlessly with our analytics team, ensuring Convertr is integrated correctly for lead delivery. Any lead delivery issues that do arise are resolved promptly.

Prompt Communication: When questions come up or we need reports/data, Zlata always responds quickly and delivers the information in a timely manner. When it comes to RFPs or IOs, Ryan is just as responsive, promptly returning countersignatures and answering any inquiries we have.

Consistency: From quarter to quarter and campaign to campaign, Infuse Media consistently provides stellar service. We constantly run into issues with some of the other publishers we work with but we've been able to trust in Infuse since day one.

How quickly we can go from insight to action,  the flexibility to experiment, iterate fast, and personalize experiences at key moments—without needing constant support

**What do you dislike about INFUSE?**

It would be great to had clearer logs, alerts, or even a dashboard that shows the status of recent syncs or any errors. That would made troubleshooting a lot easier and give the team more peace of mind when launching experiments.

Also the pricing estructure. It would be nice to have more plan options.

Clear understanding of your data activation needs and how quickly you want to move from insights to action, and clarify the pricing early on.

As someone on the Growth team the , one of our biggest challenges was turning user data into real-time actions that actually move the needle across the funnel. We had the data living in different places, but activating it fast—especially to address drop-offs or personalize touchpoints—was slow and often involved multiple tools or teams.

CleverTap INFUSE made our funnels way more responsive and given us the agility to run experiments faster without needing heavy dev work. That speed had a real impact on conversion and retention.
