They also regularly update their task tracker with notes on what tests they are running and why they are running them. Campaign structure is also very sound. Klientboost starts with manual bidding and once the AI has gathered enough information, they will switch it over to smart bidding. Conversion rate optimization is also sound. They will consistently optimize pages even if you are not hounding them every step of the way. It feels like they are truly looking out for our best interest. Plus, while we are a small organization, we're not treated like one. I work with our Account Manager regularly, our Account Manager's team lead checks in with me quarterly to make sure we have everything we need, even one of their VPs joined one of our QBRs. From there, their team was able to give us suggestions on new keywords and content topic ideas to further help us get in front of our key demographics. Every time we said “hey we have this idea,” their team would bend over backwards to help us figure out to make it possible, giving us key deliverables. Since we have been working with Klient boost our month over month traffic has been steadily increasing with a steady increase of inbound leads. **What do you like best about KlientBoost?** Their level of professionalism and overall knowledge within the marketing industry. What has stood out more is how well they treat us a customer, willing to bend over backwards to help us out on a last minute projects with no push back at all or helping us with one of projects that weren’t specified in the contract but were out of our scope internally. They reviewed P&L data with us to ensure that we’re maximizing our return on our ad spend while maintaining efficiency. We came to KlientBoost after a 6-month term with the Google Brand Accelerator program. We much prefer working with KlientBoost over the team that was working with us directly from Google. Our return on our spend is more than two and a half times better than where Google had us, which is a huge improvement! **What do you dislike about KlientBoost?** There aren't a whole lot of downsides to working with KlientBoost, they try very hard to keep an open line of communication, they are quick to reply and they listen to feedback etc. For us, it's more a struggle to find that perfect mix of efficient ad spend paired with the right amount of prospecting/conquesting - which is more to do with our products and category - it's been a tricky balance for us to find and we are still working on it. **What problems is KlientBoost solving and how is that benefiting you?** Our goals were to increase the conversion rate while increasing our return on ad spend as well. KlientBoost has provided various Conversion Rate Optimization audits which have helped our design team make informed decisions and our conversion rate has more than doubled since working with them. They also have really turned around the ROAS we were seeing from the beginning to where we are now (around 2.5x improvement). ### 50.
