They were friendly and responsive, from project ideation to launch and measurement. **What do you dislike about KlientBoost?** I wish KlientBoost would be a little more blunt about how difficult or expensive a channel like LinkedIn could be to break into -- we did a lot of learning on the fly and there was some sunk cost associated. **Recommendations to others considering KlientBoost:** Get a full scope on what options you might have at your disposal in terms of channels and strategies before you get a spend rolling. But if we narrowed it down to one element, it's that we work with a team made up of people with diverse yet complementary skills. We launched a new website shortly after bringing KB on board, resulting in delays with landing page deployment and optimization. It's not the agency's fault. This is not specific to Klient Boost but is something you need to keep in mind.
