Everyone that we have worked with has been very knowledgeable and communicative. They have these great real-time dashboards that are customizable to the KPIs we're trying to reach. KlientBoost is managing the Edwards Lifesciences Surgical Tissue Valve search and social channels to improve overall campaign performance for multiple departments and key company objectives. The focus of campaign performance are both efficiency through tracking CPA (Cost Per Acquisition) and quality leads delivered. This is critical for us as patient marketing is a new initiative for us. Their communication, strategies, graphic design, and customer service is top notch. Whenever I need something they are immediately there for us. KlientBoost is running our marketing campaigns on Google Ads and Microsoft Ads. We are focused on getting a specific product in front of a targeted niche audience in the Defense Industrial Base, and KlientBoost has funneled our dollars spent on advertising directly to this objective.
