We track efforts in Asana, do a bi-weekly call, and they have set up a source for truth using Google Data Studio which pulls all the data into one bucket with a date range to track performance across all channels. **What do you dislike about KlientBoost?** We had an initial issue with our first project manager. She was focused on ROAS only and was not receptive to feedback about wanting to grow new customers at the cost of ROAS. I voiced my issue to management, they swapped her out with a new manager, no drama, a quick apology, and we had both high ROAS and expansion into new customers. These campaigns were focused on Facebook and Google, but KlientBoost also launched campaigns on LinkedIn on our behalf. **What do you like best about KlientBoost?** Our main point of contact was a very nice individual, but that's the only positive I can report. **What do you dislike about KlientBoost?** Where do I start? Our KlientBoost team brought virtually no proactive strategy to the table, and they ended up just being lever pullers that followed the strategy we developed internally and delivered to them. Once we relegated them to project managers, we thought they would excel in basic campaign management but that was not the case. We had to follow up multiple times in order to even the smallest of changes implemented. This resulted in tens of thousands of media dollars wasted. Overall, we came to see that their business model is to sell a lot of promise, underdeliver, and hope their clients are not smart enough to press them for answers. We experienced a few other issues whereby e.g. wrong ads were shown in wrong markets and our main territory had its Google ads turned off entirely for an entire week, and things generally moved very slow - e.g. we discussed setting up Reddit ads but 6 weeks later our contract ended and we still had not run a single ad on this platform. **Recommendations to others considering KlientBoost:** You need to be prepared that things might take a very long time to get actioned - KB are not fast movers, in our experience. This is evidenced by a number of things that happened at a l sloth like pace, e.g. it taking almost 4 months for replacement ad creative, waited 6 weeks for Pinterest ad account to go live. KB have themselves grown very quickly as an agency and this is something they are very open about, and so we wonder if, in our case, this is why we experienced such bad results. **What problems is KlientBoost solving and how is that benefiting you?** Whilst we did see some wins the biggest issue is that in the duration we were with KB almost no creative was tested; if it had not been for the ads that had been set up by our previous agency we would have likely run into some serious problems. My experience with other agencies has always been that creative is king and there is a huge emphasis on getting new creative out the door and tested. In this regard, further issues have been created for us because we're 6 months down the line with no additional learnings or data on what type of creative works best. ### 44.
