**What do you like best about Kipsu?**

It allows my team to easily communicate with our guests.

**What do you dislike about Kipsu?**

I wish it was a little more interactive for guests, allowing them to choose from options such as delivery.

**What problems is Kipsu solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Communicating with guests has been made super simple due to KIPSU. It is extremely easy to navigate as well.

It is a fantastic solution for hoteliers to have direct communication with their customers, very simple to use and a good price. Communication can be for different options

**What do you dislike about Kipsu?**

The messages remain too long stored, this can have a negative impact on the performance and server costs

**Recommendations to others considering Kipsu:**

very simple software to integrate into your business

It is the best option to have a direct and real contact with customers.

**What do you like best about Kipsu?**

They give you the option to make quick replies. It makes answering frequently asked questions as fast as possible. That helps the companies scores stay at their best.

**What do you dislike about Kipsu?**

Alerts don't always work, which leads to the companies scores to drop. They make you reply to the guest after the automated responses, otherwise your score drops. They need to work on their time clock "rules."

**What problems is Kipsu solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It allows guest to text in questions about the business. It also allows you to set up a web chat. Benefits the guest.
