They give you the option to make quick replies. It makes answering frequently asked questions as fast as possible. That helps the companies scores stay at their best. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Alerts don't always work, which leads to the companies scores to drop. They make you reply to the guest after the automated responses, otherwise your score drops. They need to work on their time clock "rules." Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
