**What do you like best about Kimoby?**

The ability to communicate with customers in a fast and efficient way.

**What do you dislike about Kimoby?**

I wish it would communicate with CDK more, so if we cancel or reschedule a customer's appointment, it would automatically change on Kimoby.

**Recommendations to others considering Kimoby:**

Kimoby is very easy to use, but make sure to follow the walk-through when first joining so you are aware of all of the features and benefits.

**What problems is Kimoby solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Not all customers can communicate over a phone call for service updates, questions, etc. When using Kimoby, it gives us the opportunity to choose the form of communication that our customers want or prefer. The text messaging confirmation really helps us get an idea of how many customers are coming in for their appointment the next day, and allows us to communicate with customers who have cancelled/ are asking to reschedule. Customers can also make payments, which saves everyone time.

I always hated playing "phone tag" with customers no I can spend more time working and less time on the phone

**What do you dislike about Kimoby?**

It's not that big of a deal, but I wish there were a button to quickly add a customer from any page, like how you can start a message from any page.

every time we have to stop working on a boat and wait for authorization, it cost money in lack of productivity

Kimoby is easy for our entire staff to use, and clients love it too.

**What do you dislike about Kimoby?**

There's not much we dislike! I suppose that with this system we get a lot of notifications, but those can be tailored in settings.

**What problems is Kimoby solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We needed a simple & cost-effective way to communicate with our Service & Sales clients, and Kimoby provided that and more. When COVID came around, we relied heavily on their Kimoby Pay function that allows clients to pay for their service (incl. receive PDF invoices) via their phone, and even the Sales dept uses it to take vehicle deposits. We also use Kimoby Reviews to automate our review requests to Service clients.

The platform can fit dealers and entire dealer groups as a whole; the options for it's utilization are endless

Some of the functions are slightly slow to update, such as larger groups for texting and can be slow to sort or search.

Worth the time and money for the growth in CSI it can create alone.

We are utilizing Kimoby for special order processes and follow-up. We have implemented it as an introduction to your advisor, as well as an opportunity for payment of invoices for touchless service during covid. It has also been utilized as a COVID screening solution for service.

If you're looking to save time and wanting to reach multiple clients at a time, Kimoby's Automated messages setup is a fantastic tool. It's quick and easy to set up, and if you're ever having issues, the support team is always ready to help right away.

Solving problems - getting a hold of customers quickly and conveniently for customers. Realized Kimoby pay is a great way to allow for after hour pick up

Honestly, aside from when the web interface was changed half a year back and it was slow and sluggish. It's been solid using the services.

Kimoby is an easy system to communicate with our customers and receive payments. Also a great way to follow up or review previous conversations with customers. Very simple to use and effective.

Only dislike is when a customer previously wanted to stop using the system and then when they want to start using it again, it's not easy to re-add them when they've unsubscribed initially.

There is so much information and good useful tools in Kimoby; it's hard to keep track. Their staff is right there in chat to help you with any questions (I always have questions), and they're polite and quick to get back to you.

**What do you dislike about Kimoby?**

I've only ever had one issue with Kimoby, and it was probably my fault... The data matching wouldn't load any of my information once. However, someone helped me right away and did it for me on their end.

**What problems is Kimoby solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We can reach out to our extensive database of customers very quickly and conveniently all at once, rather than having to go through individual phone calls. Most of our guests also prefer text messages rather than phone calls.

Time is money and the more I use Kimoby, the more time I have. We now answer messages when we have time instead of being annoyed with a phone ringing, breaking up the work-flow and trying not to lose focus on the current problem while solving another on the phone.

Ease of setting up batch texts. Clear detailed view of the result of batch texts to see if we reached customers properly.

When auto-generating VIN for service due texts, Kimoby cannot generate the correct VIN if the customer has more than one vehicle.

Don't think! Just do it!

Some customers may not check their emails often, but since most people have their phones with them, they tend to check text and reply a lot quicker. This makes it easy to connect with customer and for customers to easily book an appointment if required.

DURING THE ORIGINAL CHANGE, THE CONVERSATIONS WOULD POP UP SAYING I HAVE A MESSAGE WHEN I DIDN'T, THAT PROBLEM HAS BEEN FIXED. HONESTLY IT IS GREAT FOR NOT HAVING TO BE BACK AND FORTH WITH PHONE CALLS ESPECIALLY  BECAUSE WE ARE SO BUSY AND SENDING A QUICK TEXT IS SUPER EASY AND PEOPLE CAN LOOK WHEN IT WORKS FOR THEM.

This allow us the easy use of sending messages and multimedia file for small to big companies. Even allow us to do all business need like automatic appointments reminders as per our schedule

I really love this software and it cost 99$ per month. It is not that much for medium and large scale business. I suggest have the packages with less rate for beginners

We are fully integrated into our DMS, allowing direct communication with our customers.

**What do you dislike about Kimoby?**

The information shared between DMS and Kimoby does have delays; when we delete the appointment in our DMS earlier in the day as customer contacts, Kimoby does not remove the appointment, and the customers get a notification unless we remember to adjust.

We are meeting the needs and communication methods of our customers.  In the future, it can provide us with online/mobile payment options.

The ease of use makes the service user friendly. The ability to not only message but attach images and send payment requests/links makes doing business easier for us as a vendor as well and provides for a more nimble customer experience.

Pictures do not always attach or send very well. It seems as though anything over 2 MB exceeds the data size for any file.

Pictures not always going through via text to customers is a recurring problem. On the benefits side, our department closes about an hour before sales does It's convenient for customers to be able to pay digitally and pick up their vehicle after hours.

Not fully integrated with all DMS. Unfortunately, it prevented us from getting the full Kimoby experience.

Please make sure they are compatible with your DMS before launching. If compatible, I'm positive you will see the benefits of working with Kimoby.

being able to text customers, sometimes life is busy and not everyone is available for a call. it is efficient and easy.

sometimes i find duplicate profiles for the same person and it is unclear how to merge.

Payment sent via text is a great feature.  Reminders/Thank you messages are good, too.

Support is a little generic.  When i request something, it's sometimes misinterpreted...  I've asked for assistance in correcting the misinterpretation and no one replies.

More payment options, RO's get paid faster.  Easy to use such that experienced advisors adopt and actually use it.

I like the fact that it stores all the contacts, so I have to type in the number and click the contact and I am on my way to communicating with customers.  I also love the fact that I can send the invoice off to the customers with the click of a button.

I hate that I actually have to click the send button instead of just hitting enter.
