What do you like best about Kimoby?

Kimoby is an easy system to communicate with our customers and receive payments. Also a great way to follow up or review previous conversations with customers. Very simple to use and effective. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Only dislike is when a customer previously wanted to stop using the system and then when they want to start using it again, it's not easy to re-add them when they've unsubscribed initially. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Kimoby?

There is so much information and good useful tools in Kimoby; it's hard to keep track. Their staff is right there in chat to help you with any questions (I always have questions), and they're polite and quick to get back to you. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Kimoby?

I've only ever had one issue with Kimoby, and it was probably my fault... The data matching wouldn't load any of my information once. However, someone helped me right away and did it for me on their end. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
