About Kiflo, I really enjoy the flexibility they offer in handling information. The support has been excellent, especially during the onboarding process. The assistance was crucial in adapting everything to our specific needs. Overall, the onboarding and integration with our system were super easy and seamless.

**What do you dislike about Kiflo?**

Without a simple formula for calculating commissions, the process can be challenging for users. However, the support team is responsive and helpful when guidance is needed.

**What problems is Kiflo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Kiflo solves the problem of lack of transparency with agencies and partners by centralizing all relevant information in one place. This gives us a shared, real-time view across all stakeholders. It also simplifies and streamlines the management of commissions, making the entire process easier, more structured, and more efficient for our team.

We are very satisfied with Kiflo. Jérôme and his team delivered quick, tailored technical solutions and showed great flexibility in adapting to our specific needs. The collaboration has been smooth and professional, and we always felt well supported.

Highly recommended for any company looking for a reliable and adaptable partner management solution.

One area for improvement could be the project management features. Tools for planning events, setting up webinars, and creating playbooks with partners would make the platform even stronger.

Kiflo PRM helps us centralize partner management by bringing onboarding, deal registration, and collaboration into one platform. It saves us time, reduces manual work, and gives us clear visibility on partner performance. This makes scaling our partner program much more efficient.

**What do you like best about Kiflo?**

It's a really smart bit of kit and for the price point it really cant be beaten.

I will say the support from the Kiflo team has been incredible. I messaged about help at 6pm on a Friday night not expecting anything until after the weekend and I had the customer success team and founder of Kiflo email me and had it fixed by 6:30 pm. 

Implementation was routine the helpful videos created by Kiflo make this easy. I would however suggest as a team you map out requirement in line with features and functions before tackling implementation to make it as smooth as possible. 

I use the software every day and I find it was easy to use, although I forget when certain buttons live but thats a me problem not a Kiflo problem. 

We are yet to integrate to Salesforce or Hubspot but will be exploring this in the future.

**What do you dislike about Kiflo?**

There are some limited pieces of functionality that the bigger boys do have but most of are nice to have rather than real hard requirements, when Ive raised some of these with the tech team most my suggestions have been added to the roadmap which is great.

**What problems is Kiflo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Lead and deal registration and management. 

Co-branding of marketing documents

General communication around things like our Roadmap, software updates etc 

Report on partner lead opportunities

Its helping you look a lot more professional as a business and enabling the partner team to focus on value added talks like prospecting new partners or organizing impactful marketing activities.

Kiflo PRM is a very intuitive and comprehensive tool for partner management. Its interface is easy to use, allows smooth communication with the channel, and facilitates the tracking of opportunities and performance. Additionally, its integration with other business tools is a great advantage.

In general, the experience is very positive, but it could improve in the customization of reports and dashboards. It would be useful to have more configuration options to better adapt data visualization to the specific needs of each company.

Kiflo is an easy to use and feature rich PRM designed to help partner teams achieve their goals. The user interface is intuitive, and adoption was a breeze. The Kiflo team has deep understanding of typcial challenges faced by channel team and the module and functionalities have been designed with this in mind.

**What do you dislike about Kiflo?**

Granular role based access to leads and deals for partner managers would have been useful. Built in MFA for user authentication is also a desired feature.

Tracking the channel engagement and communication was a challenge since we were having traditional methods. Implementation of Kiflo has streamlined this signifiantly.

**What do you like best about Kiflo?**

Kiflo's platform has definitely aced their game in terms of user-friendly and intuitive interface allowing Scytale's partnership division to manage, track and maintain our partner ecosystem effectively. One thing that stands out to us is the ability for Kiflo to provide reporting and analytics allowing us to measure partnership performance seamlessly. Of course the human element - the customer support team - Patrick Dunnon is highly responsive and always willing to assist with any inquiries or technical issues that arise.

**What do you dislike about Kiflo?**

Kiflo does not have the ability to integrate with CRM automation tools such as Hubspot thus this could be expanded to enhance workflow efficiency. A slightly more advanced automation feature set for partner engagement and lead nurturing would also be beneficial.

**What problems is Kiflo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Kiflo has assited Scytale in streamlining and automatingour partner relationship management. This has been acheieved through minimizing the manual effort needed for us to track referrals, manage partner onboarding, and monitor engagement. 

A challenge across partnerships is the time consumed whilst managing, following-up and accurate tracking of partner-sourced deals. Kiflo has lead the way by offering real-time analytics and reporting, thus enabling us to effectively measure KPIs and optimize our strategy. 

In a nutshell, Kiflo enables us to accelerate our revenue through partnerships while limiting the administrative burden, which allows us to present our compliance automation solutions to a broader stream of partners.

**What do you like best about Kiflo?**

Kiflo is a user-friendly and intuitive PRM that makes managing partnerships much easier. Their support team is outstanding—super responsive, helpful, and always available when needed. The ease of use is another highlight, making it simple to track partner activity and manage deals efficiently. I also appreciate their openness to feedback and continuous improvements, as they genuinely listen to customers and implement new features to enhance the platform. Lastly, the integration with HubSpot works smoothly, ensuring that data flows effectively between the two systems.

**What do you dislike about Kiflo?**

The biggest challenge is partner adoption—having more built-in tools, automations, and best practices for activating partners would be helpful. Pricing is on the higher end (as with most PRMs), so you need to fully utilize the tool to generate a solid ROI. Another challenge is the lack of a direct sync between HubSpot and Kiflo—when I create a new partner or contact in HubSpot, I have to manually add them to Kiflo or rely on their team to import them, which adds an extra step to the process.

We use Kiflo PRM for managing partner referrals, enabling partners with the right resources, tracking referral & revenue share rewards, and sharing updates about our platform. It helps streamline collaboration with partners and ensure they have everything they need to succeed.

Kiflo centralizes and structures our partner relationships, making it easy to track referrals, manage incentives, and share important updates. It helps us monitor partner contributions, ensuring we reward and recognize them accordingly. The automation and structured approach save us a lot of manual effort and provide visibility into partner performance. Having everything in one place allows us to scale our partnerships more efficiently and focus on growth.

Very customizable either out of the box, through settings or using their API (was able to setup integration with our Pipedrive with Make)
Lot of functions for the price. The pricing is also setup so that its good to test your partnership program with less than 30 partners. Over that you get unlimited number of partners for a fixed fee.
Easy to use - if you have used basically any CRM, this is no different.
AMAZING customer support!!!

Prior to using Kiflo, we had been struggling with scaling partner payouts and onboarding partners. Kiflo integrates seamlessly with Stripe and HubSpot, making partner management and payout calculations incredibly straightforward. With Kiflo, we've successfully created complex reward structures and scaled effectively to manage hundreds of partners. The Kiflo team is simply incredible—we even have a dedicated Slack channel, and they are always available and responsive.

Nothing I dislike. I would love to see in the future stronger reporting capabilities that allows to slice and dice rewards, payouts, partners, etc.

The partner portal, the ability to load partner programs and tiers. The portal is very user friendly and the team is very supportive, they did a great job with the integration.

None that I know of. I'm sure there is something, but I'm not in the details, sorry.

**What problems is Kiflo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It's helping our company get in touch with the partners, making sure they are able to register new leads, and also being able to see their performance as a reseller partner. Having Kiflo as the main point of contact for that information is a great value for a company like NCT. We only sell via partners.

**What do you like best about Kiflo?**

Kiflo is a very good tool. More affordable than other PRMs in place, especially PartnerStack, but gives all the main features and a very good UI. What I really appreciate about Kiflo is:
1. Their integration with HubSpot that saves me time, creating contacts, companies and deals automatically
2. The visibility I can give to partners on both their deals and their commissions 
3. The API is very flexible and makes it easier to build integrations with custom tools/databases
4. The support is great 
5. It is quite easy to set up and open to custom implementations

**What do you dislike about Kiflo?**

Nothing really. Every time I see an issue, I reach out to them and realise it was actually me not using correctly the tool! Very complete product, and interesting roadmap ahead.

It's a platform with a multitude of options for our partners and for easy tracking of references. We can easily track cumulative sales for each of them, which makes our lives a whole lot easier!

Customer service is also exceptional.

**What do you dislike about Kiflo?**

It's sometimes difficult to find your way around the tool, as there are so many different options, but in the end it's a good thing, because it's super-powerful.

Among other things, we were able to create a partner with reference levels. Otherwise it goes from simple problems like sending a unique form link to a partner, to the implementation of new partners and new functionalities.

The Kiflo platform is intuitive and has a clean interface. As a new user, its very simple and easy to pickup how things work. It is well-designed, with the ability to integrate seamlessly with our existing CRM solutions, allowing us to manage partner data and deals all in one place. 

The customer service is excellent—they are always available when I need assistance, which is fantastic. It surely makes a difference!

More comprehensive integration with HubSpot would be great. It would also be nice to have the partner payout directly from the system.

The support by the team is great, they try to help with each individual issue and make the most out of the tool. As we are currently re-starting and restructuring our Partnerships Process this is a great tool to get us started into the right direction!

A customer import option would be great and also a way to show attachments (not just assets) to individual partners, e.g. for sharing a signed contract, a credit note or other invididual files.

With Kiflo we will be able to set up a clean partner process and also expand the partners digital experience once everything is working. This way we hope to create great value for our partners and our company.

**What do you like best about Kiflo?**

I was pleasantly surprised at how easy it was to set up my third PRM implementation. Although I had initial doubts, it only took less than two weeks to become fully operational. The solution seamlessly integrates with Hubspot CRM and doesn't require much effort to build pages. It is perfectly suited for most partner programs and partners have found it so easy to use that we did not have to train them on it. Kiflo has also been super supportive and with helping us with any question we have had.

There are no features that we dislike in Kiflo's PRM since they have delivered everything we needed.

We can assist with partner enablement by providing relevant content and guidance throughout every stage of the partnership process. Additionally, for partner sales, Kilfo offers the capability to accept leads and deals from partners, share opportunities with them, and track all of this information through easy-to-use dashboards. Kilfo system makes it straightforward to plan with partners and monitor progress. As well as track different partnership programs and rewards in an easy way.

To start, it is extremely easy to set up our partners on Kilfo. We've been able to streamline our onboarding thanks to the Assets section where we provide training videos and enablement. Our Partners find the platform user friendly and appreciate the news widget on their homepage to keep up with our product updates and releases. 
Thanks to the integration with our internal tools, they can easily track which customers have signed up and the earnings that come with that.

**What do you like best about Kiflo?**

I carried out a benchmark between several PRMs, and Kiflo was selected on the basis of its excellent value for money. 

It has almost all the features you'd expect from a PRM, at a very competitive price. 

The teams are available and willing to develop the product according to our needs. We've had a lot of help from the co-founders in setting up integrations between Kiflo and our existing tools.

The tool is very easy to use and doesn't require any tech work to implement which is a good thing.

**What do you dislike about Kiflo?**

There are occasional bugs on the platform (but nothing too serious). And a few additional features could be useful to maximize integration between Kiflo and Hubspot. 

Unlike other PRMs, Kiflo doesn't offer a listing of potential partners, but it does allow you to track your recruitment actions through a dedicated pipeline.

Kiflo gives us a dedicated tool for managing our partners. Our partners have access to our partner space, which allows us to take our partnership more seriously and get them more involved.

We did the usual research and tested quite a few platform, Kiflo though was head and shoulders above the rest when it came to flexibility. As a fast growing SaaS we need something that was not only flexible but also easy to implelement. so far Kiflo has ticked all the boxes. CRM integration (Hubspot in our case). is also first class.

Pre and post sales support has been great and they have a can do attitude that has got a through any challenges.

Nothing that we dislike as such but havign a Zapier account can be really helpful for some integrations tasks where apps are not nativley supported

While competitors have a lot of features, they are not as intuitive Kiflo.

**What do you dislike about Kiflo?**

While Kiflo has proven to be a valuable tool for our partner management needs, there are a couple of areas of improvement. Firstly, enhanced language capabilities would be greatly appreciated - especially the option to automate and onboard in multiple languages. This would significantly streamline our global outreach. Additionally, the inclusion of a landing page feature would elevate the overall user experience.

Streamlined Onboarding: Before partner onboarding was more time-consuming and fragmented. Now, we have a systematic and efficient approach, allowing our partners to get started right away. We can also onboard more partners quickly as it is pretty much self serve. 

Centralised tracking for deals and referrals. 

Ability to track partner performance and handling leads was a big task. Kiflo’s tracking tools have given us clarity, helping us monitor referrals and partner activities, and derive actionable insights.

Distributing updated resources to our partners used to be a challenge. With Kiflo, we've created a one-stop-shop for our partners, ensuring they always have the latest marketing materials and product updates at their fingertips.

Setup and implementation can take some time. Onboarding could be better. Native integrations are limited though they can be done through Zapier.

All necessary features are in place, and the team releases new features and improvements on an ongoing basis.
I love the personal dialogue that we have had with the team behind Kiflo and we have been very happy to feel like a values customer from day one and throughout our time with Kiflo.

Ease of use / ease of getting internal staff and partners onboarded. Provides all key features we are looking for such as deal reg, help centre, asset management, partner levels and business plans with a super clean and clear interface.

Excellent documentation and support. Kiflo have already implemented a few feature requests for us.

That we could start with a trial, then move to monthly then move to annual (as we did)  was a major factor in our adoption. Other competitors required us to make a big up front investment, this hard because at time if purchase you can not have any of the extra integration done - which are essential (see below).

Kiflo branding in the portal is very subtle which is important as I want partners to mainly focus on OUR brand not our PRM provider!

**What do you dislike about Kiflo?**

Hard to mention any real 'dislikes' but (already communicated to Kiflo who are working on it) there could be better reporting that covers what all partners are doing, such as place where we can go to view all activities by all partners in one place, including things like notes etc. This is currently possible but only accessible by single partner or even single deals.

But I know they are working on this!

**What problems is Kiflo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Our previous in house partner managment system was lacking in functionalities and partners only used it when they HAD to / not a great experience. It also did not provide any partner monitoring, resources, or conflict resolution, all issues which madde it difficult to keep partners interested in our solution. 

Other solutions we looked at were complicated and requires us to make a big up front investment, still required integration, something we would only know that actually worked AFTER signing up.

No PRM is going to give you all the features you need that fit your exact business workflow (in our case, integration with Hubspot CRM) but Kiflo has both an excellent API and an excellent integration partner in CoMantis  (www.co-mantis.com) - who were a great recommendation from Kiflo. It was CoMantis that got everything working exactly how we needed - they delivered the crucial extra 5% that made a 95% solution the 100% perfect fit we needed.

The end result is that partners appreciate the system, use it, and STAY using it and we have more of them using it week on week.  Feedback has all be exceptionally good.

We have already added a license pack to increase the number of partners due to the systems success. We expect to add more soon.

Kiflo, CoMantis, Zapier, and Hubspot is a winning combination for us in EMEA
