Vehicle Management. Reporting of who and when keys were removed or put back. Missing keys...who had them last. Employees that have the Keycafe app on their phone can view what vehicles are available and which ones are out. I have been using the KEYCAFE key management system for three years now within my company, John Cockerill. The device is reliable, easy to use, and perfectly suited to our operational needs. What I liked most about Keycafe was how convenient and easy it is to use. The self-service lockers make key pickup and drop-off simple, even outside of normal business hours. The app is intuitive, instructions are clear, and the whole process feels secure and reliable. What I liked least was that availability can be limited depending on location. If there isn’t a locker nearby, it can be inconvenient. Also, while the system usually works smoothly, any technical issue (like a delayed code or locker problem) can be stressful since access depends entirely on the technology. I really like Keycafe for its simplicity and speed. It's super helpful in tracking who has which keys, when the keys were checked out, and when they were returned. The only issue we've had is if the internet goes down and/or servers go down, it puts you in a bind. The servers are more of an issue going down because offline codes won't work. That's only happened one time and was solved in 2 hours. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The only issue we've run into is that our keycards are in plastic holders, so they can be attached to the fob as well as a hard key. The card can sometimes get stuck in the bin, and to get it out, we have to dismount the box and open it from the back. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What I appreciate most about Keycafe is its ease of use. The system is extremely easy to use, almost intuitive. It is what one might call 'user-friendly'. Moreover, it was really very easy to set up as soon as it was received. In just a few clicks, we were able to configure the system and activate the boxes remotely. Installing everything in our offices was also simple; it was enough to screw them to the wall and plug them into a power outlet. Nothing complicated, anyone could do it. The Keycafe system is simple to set up and use. After adding a key, you can assign permanent users or create temporary bookings for that key. The system also records who takes the key and the exact times it is picked up and returned. This has made handling last-minute driver changes much easier, as keys can be quickly reassigned through either the website or the app. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

My only dislike is that it would be nice if there were a back button, because if I accidentally select key drop off instead of pickup, it takes about a minute to reset everything. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I particularly appreciate the remote management of one-time use codes with Keycafe. Each tenant has their own code, valid only for their stay, and as soon as they drop off the keys, they are no longer available. I had a great experience with Keycafe. I found the customer support to be excellent, and the installation process was very simple. The product delivery was fast, which was impressive. I value the accountability feature that lets me see who took what key, helping determine responsibility for a missing key. Additionally, safety is a key aspect I appreciate about Keycafe.
