Great customer service who helped walk us through and resolve an issue step-by-step. We use it every day, pretty much non-stop. As a security company, we are always swapping keys for client sites and company assets (fleet vehicles). It was easy to get it set up for everyone, and integrating it into our everyday routines was the same. We are able to do a lot of things with the system, such as track keys, set up authorizations so only specific categories of employees can access certain keys, and even go back and see who had the key last or if it is checked in or out of the system. **What do you dislike about Keycafe?** Not a lot to dislike about this system. The system gave us a solution and happiness for our client. We received support from the beginning: onboarding, setup and training. It is easy to use the system and it is amazing the ability to manage multiple boxes remotely from a phone or computer. As an administrator I use the system quit frequently I find it easy to operate the system, I can provide multilevel access for the users. **What do you dislike about Keycafe?** We haven't identified an issue yet. Perehaps the only thing that comlicates it a bit when one of the employees opens the keydoor to take out the key and then decides to choose another one and simply closes it back without removing the key. Then the key which is still in the box will no longer appear on the screen. My rep has emailed and called whenever we have needed her, Always checks in on how we are liking things, and makes sure everything is up and running to expectation. Even if we have encountered problems, its taken care of or at least we know we are being looked after almost immediately! **What do you dislike about Keycafe?** Our key cafe runs on a wireless network. Given our infustructure, our network is quite weak at times. So sometimes we have little spurts of not being connected and a box may not open, so we have to open from the ADMIN panel instead of mobile. I suspect its mostly the wi-fi rather than a product problem, but can by a bit inconvenient at times. **What problems is Keycafe solving and how is that benefiting you?** We are a car dealership with over 100 keys on hand at all times. This not only solves "where do we put them" but an often times overlooked security that is needed among dealers. For a fraction of the price point of any keybox on the market. Excellent product for a reasonable price **Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars **Reviewed by:** Michael C. | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.) **Reviewed Date:** November 09, 2023 **What do you like best about Keycafe?** Very easy to set-up, easy to add users and keys to the system, You can easily track keys and see who checked out/in keys through the audit trail, as an admin the app is easy to use, group set-up is nice and easy to limit access to certain keys, Very affordable. **What do you dislike about Keycafe?** Size of the display screen, easy to check out the wrong key due to size of screen, there should be a back button once the wrong key is selected instead of waiting a minute for the system to time out, whitelabeling assets function doesn't work. **What problems is Keycafe solving and how is that benefiting you?** I hope that they change the screen size and the ease of checking a key out. More people should be able to use the app besides administrators. ### 36.
