Compared to our previous vendor, Embark Safety provides a much lower friction experience across all steps: it was easy to migrate our drivers to Embark using a spreadsheet; onboarding new drivers is faster and paperless; toggling on monitoring is much easier to do in bulk; reviewing MVRs and safety scores is much more straightforward. I also really like the file manager which, in conjunction with the MVR Monitoring, helps us maintain accurate records and ensure that certifications are up-to-date.

What I love best about MVR Monitoring is the reliable customer service, fast pace, very attentive to details mentioned and have been VERY helpful throughout the process. If I had any questions, our customer service & operational specialist Sam was able to answer all questions and provide us a one -on-one training with dashboard. Upon signing up, our rep handled everything I did not have to spend time inputting information, she handled it and advised us when it was done. The dashboard itself has been very easy to use, easy to navigate and get all information needed. We've been using Embark Safety to monitor driver safety for our employees, and it's been a reliable and user-friendly tool we can frequently rely on. One of the standout features is the automated reporting on DMV license expirations -- sent out at 30, 60 and 90-day intervals -- which helps us stay proactive and compliant.

The platform also provides timely accident and ticket reports, allowing us to stay updated on any incidents that may affect our team's safety or driving eligibility. I especially appreciate how intuitive the system is to use, and how the email notifications are clear and concise -- offering a quick glance at what type of report is being sent.

The ticket and accident reports include only the violation codes used by the DMV or law enforcement, without a clear explanation of what those codes mean. Without a key or breakdown, it's difficult to determine right away what the ticket was for unless we look it up separately. Adding a built-in legend or description of the codes would make the reports easier to read.
