What do you like best?

I love Kenshoo automation features and tools. We manage a large list of clients that need repeated actions to be applied as well as quick revision and reports to understand their performance and apply changes accordingly. Kenshoo has made it incredibly easy for us to get these things done and have given us additional reports and smart alerts that allow us to make better decisions. What do you dislike?

I think one of the things that have been confusing for me is to understand their terminology and system hierarchy. All the new terms and names are somewhat confusing, especially for those of us that use different paid platforms. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering the product:

If you have Google or Microsoft accounts that are similar and require the same type of changes ana analysis, you can use Kenshoo to automate all those adjustments and analysis. This will save time, money, and make it more efficient. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

Multiple account management and analysis. Kenshoo allows us to save time on individual account analysis and changes by leveraging their bulk action feature and automated actions. What do you like best?

Kenshoo has a really clean and easy to understand UI, the design does not look outdated and it is a pleasure to work with it. After a certain adaption phase, it is quite easy to automate your facebook profile, and gather useful user data and export them in a customizable report. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best?

Controlling the current campaigns from the dashboard works perfectly. A good choice of channel managers and a very smart overview of the ongoing advertising campaigns is given. Social campaigns for advertising can be settled in an easy way and many possibilities to auto sync the campaigns on different channels. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike?

The social branding option allows to collect user data and gives us the choice to add user groups, but they all have the same rights to edit - I don't think that's helpful to have a general user with rights like the admin. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best?

With Kenshoo we have been able to optimize the management of the offer. It is a tool that allows the monitoring of multiple accounts and launch campaigns in different social networks. I love being able to create ads quickly and the best workflow is detailed, so it facilitates your learning. Your custom reports is another feature that I like. What do you dislike?

It has been a great tool for us, however the only thing I would like it to improve is its interface, which can sometimes be a bit slow, also presenting some type of limitation when used with a large amount of data. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best?

It helps to optimize the management of the offer, contributes to work in favor of the objectives of the clients. What do you like best?

Their support is top notch, especially if you are considered a larger client. I used Kenshoo in their very early days for about 4 years while at Ticketmaster. Then, after moving to GoodRx in 2013, I brought on Kenshoo in 2015 and have been with them ever since. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike?

Sometimes their systems can make things more difficult than they need to be... Some of their interfaces and tools are clearly over-engineered and would benefit from simplifying. Also, if you have a very large paid search or paid social account, their UI can be very slow, especially when trying to scroll through your campaigns. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best?

The managed service has been helpful in getting our footing with Kenshoo. The dashboard provides a strong top-down evaluation of current ad sets. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike?

The interface is difficult to use and can be hard to parse through. If you are on managed service at first, it's likely you will not learn much about the actual site itself so it can be hard to acclimate. The effectiveness of this product will be dependent on your business needs. I think the more straightforward your business is, the better results you will have. What do you like best?

Not only can I track my marketing progress and revenue, Kenshoo also partners with critical platforms such as Google and Microsoft to ensure that I am reaching every possible person. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike?

I dislike how old the software is. Relatively speaking, 2006 is old in technology years. The updates could be installed more efficiently, but that long legacy creates great relationships as well so I can't complain too much. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best?

I think there is value in having a 3rd party platform like Kenshoo that can be more objective and can be more willing to integrate with other 3rd party tools Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike?

When it comes to aligning a tech stack, it is really hard to compare with the Google suite of offerings and that definitely puts them at a disadvantage. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

If you are currently using other 3rd party tools and are not working toward an aligned tech stack, like moving towards all Google property tools, than Kenshoo can be a great option. What do you like best?

It was to some degree hard to set up. Not every person would have the capacity to do this all alone. Additionally there is an expectation to absorb information yet simply because this is another instrument. When you become more acquainted with it well it tends to be an amazing resource. What do you like best?

What do you like best?

It's easier keep track of multiple accounts, campaigns, and launch campaigns for Facebook/Instagram from Kenshoo than it is from Facebook Ads Manager or Power Editor. I also appreciate being able to have "Personas" (audiences/targets) that are linked to different placements (News Feed, IG Stories, etc.). Creating ads is quick and the workflow is spelled out making it easy to learn. Kenshoo also has a dedicated account manager who is quick to take my team's feedback. The account manager is also helpful when it comes to troubleshooting problems, especially when there's advertiser's money on the line. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike?

I think Kenshoo should have a recommend interface view - for example, I've changed the setup/columns order for different tasks by playing around in the interface. It'd be nice to have few different recommended options for setup that I can go back to easily by clicking a button. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

My team uses it to launch campaigns/ad sets/ads on Facebook and Instagram for dozens of clients with year-round content calendars. It's much easier to mass create campaigns, many different times with multiple iterations. For example, I can easily create a single campaign with 20 different ad sets targeted at different people, each with multiple ads for different placements. It's easier than doing it Facebook.
