**What do you like best about Keka?**

Keka is very easy to use and covers almost everything we need -attendance, payroll, leave, and performance reviews. It’s well-organized, and the setup was smooth. The customer support team is quick and helpful, and we use Keka every day without issues. The performance management and goal-tracking tools are especially useful. The reason we moved to Keka was its pricing as compared to other tools and more enhanced product features.

**What do you dislike about Keka?**

Keka keeps adding new features, which is great. The reports and integrations could still improve, but overall things are getting better with time. Earlier, we had to wait for the support team to be available to answer our queries; now the AI bot is available 24/7, which makes it much easier.

**What problems is Keka solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Keka helps us manage attendance, leave, payroll, and performance all in one place. It saves time, reduces manual work, and keeps everything accurate and organized. This lets us focus more on important HR tasks.

**What do you like best about Keka?**

I like how Keka
 makes HR work simple and easy to use for both employees and companies. The platform looks modern, user-friendly, and helps manage things like payroll, attendance, and performance all in one place.

I also like that Keka keeps bringing new ideas and improving its product according to current workplace needs. The company’s growth and positive work culture make it a great place to learn and grow professionally.

**What do you dislike about Keka?**

I feel Keka can improve more in areas like customer support response time and customization options for different company needs. Some users also feel that because the platform has many features, it can take time for new users to understand everything easily. 
Apart from that, improving third-party integrations and making the mobile app experience even smoother would make the product even better. Overall, Keka is already a strong HR platform, and these improvements can further enhance the user experience.

I use the Keka app because it makes my daily work routine easier and more organized. I can easily track my attendance, apply for leave, and check my work hours without any trouble. The app is simple to use, so I can quickly see things like my leave balance, holidays, and approvals. Everything is in one place, which saves time and avoids manual follow-ups. **What do you like best about Keka?**

I like best about Keka is how simple it makes everyday tasks without feeling complicated. Attendance, leave, and payroll are all in one place, so I don’t have to switch between tools. The interface is clean and easy to understand, which saves time even for non-HR users. 
It also gives clear reports and automation that reduce manual work and errors.

**What do you dislike about Keka?**

Only thing I dislike in Keka is there no option available to download salary break-out in the pdf format.

**What problems is Keka solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Keka solved my financial activity as of everything related financial activity are streamline and system generated, so it will help me to apply for ITR and Loan application very easy and reduce unnecessary headache. 
Secondly it will help me to track my daily ongoing activity and attendance by using Keka android application, even if I on business tour i can easily check-in and check-out for attendance.
Therefore, I can be able to see all of organization structure to reach out correct person with right time.

**What do you like best about Keka?**

I find Keka very easy to use and intuitive, which means I don't spend too much time training my employees on it. I appreciate that its API can be integrated with our other tools like the PMS tool and rewards and recognition tool, allowing data to flow automatically without managing databases across different tools. The initial setup was pretty simple, and the team was very supportive during onboarding, ensuring all our data was uploaded on Keka.

**What do you dislike about Keka?**

Well, it doesn't really allow too much of customization. In fact, not even basic customization. So there are certain features where we want Keka to share certain kind of reports with us or to allow some future leave management. It also really doesn't help us in getting one on one assistance. So I feel customization is one thing they could work on. Whenever there is a feature request, they take a lot of time in building those features. So I think they need to speed up on their new customer enhancements process as well.

**What problems is Keka solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Keka for employee life cycle management, simplifying everything from payroll to leave management. Its ease of use reduces employee training time, and API integration automates data across tools, preventing manual database management.

**What do you like best about Keka?**

Keka one most useful tool in industry to track employee activities like financial record, salary breakout and structure, Travelling and other claims, remote attendance, it also tracking colleague's birthday, leaves notifications and their joining anniversary. 

Overall, it is very useful tool to streamline employees/employer's activities

**What do you dislike about Keka?**

Only thing I dislike is salary breakout I cannot able download in PDF format, apart from this everything is streamline and work smoothly.

**What problems is Keka solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It is solving my financial problems as of salary structure shown appropriate and everything is clear to understand. Secondly it can trace my attendance via remote login option that very much useful if I'm on customer place/business tour. 

It also automatically generating the Tax Forms to fill-up ITR and which reduce lot of headaches.

Keka helps to understand our organization structure with all company member information accurate and clearly.

**What do you like best about Keka?**

Overall, Keka is a really good product.

We use Keka every day to monitor and manage various aspects of employee records. At a very competitive price, it offers plenty of features to work with.

Here’s what I like about Keka:

1. It allows us to post content, make announcements, and run polls within the platform.
2. Assets inventory: It’s very easy to manage and maintain an assets inventory database in Keka.
3. The remote clock-in feature is very promising. Since we are a remote-working company with flexible hours, we don’t use this feature, but it would be very helpful for teams that need to track employee time.
4. Hiring: From sourcing to hiring to onboarding, we do it all in Keka.
5. Surveys: It’s also very easy to create and send surveys to collect feedback from people within the organization.
6. Document repository: All employee-related e-documents can be stored in one place.
7. Our finance team has set up our tax modules in Keka, which makes filing taxes much easier.
8. Appraisals: It has a comprehensive and customizable appraisal system, and the module can be tailored to your requirements. The auto-generated appraisal letters are a lifesaver if you want to skip the manual work of creating them.
9. Leave management: An easy way to manage and track your own and your team’s leave.
10. Tickets: We use Keka to raise issues related to IT and expenses.
11. Customer support is very prompt in most cases. However, if you need special support, it can take some time to get through.
12. It’s also a very easy platform to navigate, and most modules are straightforward to use and implement.

**What do you dislike about Keka?**

Overall, I do like Keka—it’s a really good HRMS.

Based on my requirements, there are a few things I don’t like:

1. Surveys: When we create surveys, the only option is to send them to the whole organization. It would be great to have the option to send surveys to specific people as well. I especially felt this need when trying to collect feedback through surveys for new joiners.
Update: this feature is added now, yeay!

2. Recruitment: There are two issues I face with Keka Hire. First, there isn’t an option to send trigger emails that are customized for each stage of the hiring process. Second, the email conversation we have with a candidate isn’t visible in Keka—we have to check Gmail to see the thread. This is a huge area for improvement.

3. Integrations: In our case, there are still a lot of missing product integrations—Slack, for instance.

**What do you like best about Keka?**

Very easy to navigate, after one KT call i knew where to find what i was looking for. The UI is very sorted, makes it very easy to navigate the whole app without getting confused.

**What do you dislike about Keka?**

Since our organisation uses the clock in clock out feature of keka to keep a track of employee attendance, i think its not the most efficient, as first thing it consumes a lot of battery from my phone since precise location is always on and running. Plus, it only sometimes auto clocks out and auto clocks in as and when you are in the vicinity, so you cannot depend on it to clock itself in/out.

It serves as a all in one app for us, with how it manages attendance, leaves, courses, brief communications and announcements. Overall, the app helps get a lot of things done under just one hood.

Honestly, what I like most about Keka is how simple it feels to use. You don’t really need any training to get started. I mainly use it for applying leaves, checking payslips, and updating tax info, and everything is pretty easy to find.

The dashboard is also helpful—it gives a quick view of attendance and basic info without having to click around too much. It saves time, especially when you just want to check something quickly during work.

**What do you dislike about Keka?**

One thing I’ve noticed is that sometimes the system can feel a bit slow, especially during peak times like salary days. Also, a few sections (like tax or reports) can be slightly confusing at first if you’re new.

It’s not a big issue, but a bit more clarity or simplification in those areas would make it even better.

Before using Keka, a lot of HR-related things like leave tracking or payslip requests used to involve emails or manual follow-ups. Now everything is in one place.

It helps reduce dependency on HR for small things, and I can manage most of my info on my own. That’s been really convenient in day-to-day work.

Keka's simplicity in interface means our team spends less time on training and daily navigation. The structured goal setting, continuous feedback, and appraisal tracking of the PMS particularly stand out, improving transparency. I appreciate the reliable payroll processing that reduces errors and lessens manual dependence. What I like most is the ability to customize the reports, which aids in better decision-making and tracking. Managing PMS, LMS, and Payroll on the same platform eliminates data duplication and manual coordination between systems. We want to give 1 short-leave/month to our employees and it consists of leave of 2 hours coming late to office or 2 hours going early. But we could not incorporate it. So flexibility in this could have been increased. Keka can have an option in which employees can add hourly based leaves.

I especially appreciate the attendance and leave management system because it provides real-time updates and transparency. The mobile accessibility allows employees to manage requests and stay updated anytime, anywhere, which is very convenient. The employee self-service feature adds a lot of value by reducing dependency on the HR team for small tasks. I found that Keka integrates payroll, onboarding, and employee information together, making HR operations more streamlined. Automated notifications and reminders are very helpful, and the organized employee records make the overall experience smooth and efficient. Overall, Keka has improved transparency and simplified HR operations efficiently for our organization.

It covers everything from leaves, attendance, payroll, feedbacks, etc. The UI is fine but can be improved to make the UX better. The integrations are limited but can be requested. The performance as a whole is fine but some non critical apis do take some time too load if your organization is large. Ai is non existent at the moment.

The performance noticeably degrades when you are accessing large lists of organisational members or other large data sets. Sometime performance can degrade in peak usage time. The support and new feature request take their own sweet time to be listened too and honoured. There is no AI integration or AI enabled features that make it feel like a tool from 10 years ago. The feedbacks and performance tracking pages can get a bit confusing for both the managers and the employees.

Earlier for setting up Goals & KPIs for our employees, we used excel sheet which was always hard to track and follow on a longer run. It also supports excel imports so we don't need to manually fill in the details, the excel sheet reduces that time too.

I also appreciate the goal planning feature, which lets me describe my goals, check team members' goals, comment on them, and track progress, making our OKRs easy and hassle-free. The platform motivates the team when they see company-wide praise and helps with serious company-wide announcements, ensuring important discussions are highlighted. Additionally, setting up Keka was straightforward without any blockers since we didn't have to host and manage it ourselves.

I really like Keka's mobile app because it's super convenient for a traveling person. It allows HR to make a geolocation at the same time, which is really helpful for us. We can see where our employees are working and what area they're focusing on. I'm very happy with this feature. The setup is also very good, making it easy to use the app on a mobile basis, ensuring I have documents without needing any physical copies. It's really useful.

I personally feel like they may add some more options. They even have customer support, but I think they should improve this feature with a media chat forum to check with customer care. Regarding the software, it's okay, but we are planning for some updates if we ask for any customization.

I really appreciate Keka's correct attendance tracking and the clear calendar visibility it offers. Being able to manage manpower details and having the leaves approved is great. I find the payroll assessment and the summarization of employee details by employee code, number, and name to be very helpful. The attendance recording system is a specific feature I find very useful. I also like the user-friendly access and login on mobile phones, allowing me to create calendar invites easily. The initial setup was very simple with the help of Keka representatives, who made the data migration easy and helped build our confidence in the software.

I think Keka can improve the selfie feature. It's available, but it can be enhanced. Also, the synchronization of team members department-wise could be better. The timeliness and efficiency of Keka reports could also use some improvement.
