**What do you like best about Kapi?**

I like that unlike Pandadoc & Proposify, we can create questions that affect the price of services in the quote. This has allowed us to move from an hourly rate business model to a flat-rate model with our clients.

**What do you dislike about Kapi?**

There is not much community or support yet because it is a new software.

**What problems is Kapi solving and how is that benefiting you?**

In other CPQs, we don't see customer responses directly within the services, and we are limited in the number of questions we can add to vary the price of a service. Kapi solves this problem and allows for packages to be customized according to the needs of the clients. Kapi solves the problem that an aesthetic quote can take a long time to create. With Kapi, you can have a personalized and aesthetic quote in less than 3 minutes.
