Kaizen delivered this through a wide variety of loyalty and gamification tools. Fans could earn points by checking in, answering quizzes, or showing support banners, while also accessing discounts, coupons, and even physical rewards like jerseys. What impressed us most was the seamless integration of match data, push notifications, and Kaizen’s easy-to-manage admin panel.
