All of our needs were met, and this gave us a channel that could organize all communications into one platform. Despite its simplicity to use, the support, training and coaching are some of the best I have witnessed. **What do you dislike about Just3Things?** It covers every aspect of becoming a highly user-friendly software. It must be said that the cost is somehow justifiable provided all of qualities void for the product. **What problems is Just3Things solving and how is that benefiting you?** It has simplified the process of departmental communications and served as an official record for conversations, decisions, and approvals. The possibility to allocate tasks and track their status from a single software package is essential. This can include custom form requests that lead to auto-generated tasks, custom process (statuses), a calendar tool for creating a roadmap and split work across spaces. ### 2. With this simple idea, you can break down your priorities and set short, concise OKRs. **What do you dislike about Just3Things?** I wish there were options to add in leadership weights or competency gap assessments in the same format. There should even be 360-degree feedback. This would make the evaluation more wholisitic. **What problems is Just3Things solving and how is that benefiting you?** It allows transparent communication between the employee and line manager and helps to keep your boss aligned with your progress. Companies realize it is easy to become more efficient and productive. ### 3.
