**What do you like best about Just3Things?**

I love that this tool debunks the notion that performance management can be complex and cumbersome for employees. With this simple idea, you can break down your priorities and set short, concise OKRs.

**What do you dislike about Just3Things?**

I wish there were options to add in leadership weights or competency gap assessments in the same format.  There should even be 360-degree feedback. This would make the evaluation more wholisitic.

**What problems is Just3Things solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It allows transparent communication between the employee and line manager and helps to keep your boss aligned with your progress. Companies realize it is easy to become more efficient and productive.
