The best thing about Isarsoft is that it actually works with the cameras we already have. I’ve dealt with "smart" systems before that required a total hardware overhaul, but this plugged right into our existing stream. The accuracy is the real winner here, though. Whether it's a quiet Tuesday morning or a chaotic holiday rush, the person-counting and flow-analysis stay spot on. It turns our wall of security monitors into a dashboard of actual, usable numbers, which makes my morning briefings a lot shorter and much more productive. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
It’s a powerful tool, but the setup isn't exactly "plug and play" if you have a massive, complex network like ours. We had to spend a fair amount of time fine-tuning the edge processing to make sure we weren't lagging when all 400+ cameras were pushing data at once. It’s a bit of a learning curve at the start but the Isarsoft support was always there to fine-tune the set-up and helped us succeed. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
