The best thing about Isarsoft is that it actually works with the cameras we already have. I’ve dealt with "smart" systems before that required a total hardware overhaul, but this plugged right into our existing stream. The accuracy is the real winner here, though. Whether it's a quiet Tuesday morning or a chaotic holiday rush, the person-counting and flow-analysis stay spot on. It’s a powerful tool, but the setup isn't exactly "plug and play" if you have a massive, complex network like ours. We had to spend a fair amount of time fine-tuning the edge processing to make sure we weren't lagging when all 400+ cameras were pushing data at once. As a retailer managing several drugstore branches, the biggest advantage of Isarsoft is that we can use our existing camera infrasturcture. Even for most of the stores one camera at the entrance is sufficient.

The AI-driven accuracy is impressive. It distinguishes reliably between customers and staff and provides very accurate data on "walk-ins" versus "passers-by." The dashboard is intuitive and allows us to compare the performance of different branches in real-time, which has significantly improved our staff scheduling during peak hours.
