
I use SOLINK to monitor our restaurants for procedures and training, and I really like its ability to quickly navigate to an issue and get to resolutions fast. This capability is invaluable for coaching and providing feedback to prevent future problems. I appreciate being able to find issues in real time or look back at occurrences using the navigation features, which allows me to quickly move through a day's worth of research. The monthly training sessions are always insightful with new tips and shortcuts, and the support from Devin is top-notch; he goes above and beyond to assist us. The initial setup was fairly simple, and the training provided was excellent. I also appreciate how SOLINK is linked with our POS system, which is quite helpful.
