I use SOLINK to monitor our restaurants for procedures and training, and I really like its ability to quickly navigate to an issue and get to resolutions fast. This capability is invaluable for coaching and providing feedback to prevent future problems. I appreciate being able to find issues in real time or look back at occurrences using the navigation features, which allows me to quickly move through a day's worth of research. The monthly training sessions are always insightful with new tips and shortcuts, and the support from Devin is top-notch; he goes above and beyond to assist us. I love the ability to use SOLINK's platform for multiple things within our organization. Their readiness and agility in solving problems for their customers really stands out to me. I would like to see the implementation of AI to assist in securing video clips for events that happened in the store. Being able to use plain language to save video clips from an event would be beneficial. For example, if something happened on a specific day and time, I want the ability to type in one line to save all video clips for that specific date between the times it occurred. I appreciate how SOLINK dramatically speeds up theft reporting, reduces payroll and investigation effort, and lets leaders solve issues in minutes, not hours. I love the alarm system that cuts down late-night false alarms. It enables remote leadership, providing visibility into operational functions and service execution from anywhere in the world. It strengthens inventory accuracy, supports process discipline, and frees leaders to focus more on coaching, selling, and team building. The flexibility to support multiple functions like operations, loss prevention, inventory, and service within one platform is something I really like. SOLINK seamlessly connects loss prevention operations and service into one system, allowing us to validate transactions quickly with video, audit operations and service efficiently, and manage stores remotely, which is crucial for leadership. Solink is the one stop shop for so many parts of your business utilizing the video and data you already have to tackle the loss prevention, safety, operations and Customer Experience challenges that all businesses deal with to both minimize loss and maximize profit. In short Solink is impactful and easy to use to achieve maximum benefit, and with such friendly, responsive customer service, I believe Solink and their clients have a very bright future ahead. All though we did well, I think more emphasis should go into accurately determining the required hardware needs to reach the customer's best possible video resolution and retention goals all at a great price. I would also like to see better visibility of customer shared feedback and resolution to feedback which would need to also include a better QC processes with each update to the product. I like that SOLINK always works and is reliable, which is great for my needs. Availability is important and SOLINK nails it. I run a restaurant, and I use SOLINK pretty much every day to check on what's happening when I'm not there, and sometimes even when I am there since the cameras work well. The system is always up and running, making it really easy to get what I need and save clips when necessary. SOLINK does a great job for us, allowing me to make operational decisions by reviewing past videos to see how we're doing. Additionally, I find it really easy to create clips when needed. I like Solink's AI capabilities and the ease of use for inexperienced camera users. Our staff, who tend to be younger, can take advantage of the AI functions, which allows us to train and teach with minimal oversight and upside ROI. I loved SOLINK so much that I became a reseller. I appreciate the time-saving aspect and ease of use. I like pairing data with video, putting cameras to work beyond just reacting to video.
