There's also a lot of flexibility with how I can watch the footage, like slowing down or speeding up the feed to focus better on a problem. Plus, I find it very useful to pull and download camera footage, making it easy to share with others, which is important since not everyone can use the tools directly. This capability is very good for maintaining the safety and integrity of a building. The app makes it incredibly easy to check the cameras at any point and time and wherever I may be. Not having to sign into the computer to use it makes it much easier to spend my time focused on other areas I need to. **What do you dislike about Eagle Eye Networks?** The one downside I find is when I am trying to look back at past history because it automatically tries to bring me to where it detects movement it at times can be very frustrating. **What problems is Eagle Eye Networks solving and how is that benefiting you?** It is helping not have to be onsite constantly while still having "eyes" on the building. Very easy to use and has redundancy built-into the product. **What do you dislike about Eagle Eye Networks?** The latency of cloud connected devices can be frustrating and the delay in watching live video is a problem sometimes. AI features are lacking for the built-in function, you have to pay more for additional features that are already including in many other products. **What problems is Eagle Eye Networks solving and how is that benefiting you?** EagleEye Networks solves the problem of on-site hardware that has to be maintained and supported. By moving the bulk of hardware into the cloud my up-front costs are minimized. Native Integration with the Brivo Access platform makes it truly a single source for security for my installations. Even with fiber internet connections, reviewing video is painfully slow and glitchy. The Eagle Eye servers are slow and outdated. Video reliability is spotty and service is continually going out intermittently throughout the month leaving missing footage throughout the day. Takes forever to load video to view live or recorded. I wish the cameras had better capabilities for higher video quality. You can't zoom or look at it horizontally, which makes viewing almost useless. It's ridiculously small and I really dislike it. I almost wish it didn't exist. Being able to access our cameras from anywhere is a huge plus! **What do you dislike about Eagle Eye Networks?** There is not much that we dislike about the Eagle Eye system. Most of our 'dislikes' are features that we would like to see implemented and since Eagle Eye is always upgrading and implementing new features we usually do not have to wait long to see the features we want. We are waiting to have some features implemented when it comes to video searching and being able to search multiple cameras at once. There is also some clunkiness with the Download and Archive section of the web interface which they are currently enhancing. **What problems is Eagle Eye Networks solving and how is that benefiting you?** We needed a larger video canvas of our location due to the nature of our student population and we are currently using their 911 camera sharing feature which is a fantastic service that allows 911 operators to pinpoint exact locations and search areas if and when we (or local citizens) need emergency services. ### 42. With Solar Power, Cellular Connectivity and solid camera choices - all in one simple package - it has allowed us to serve customers that previously would have required a very significant design process. **What do you dislike about Eagle Eye Networks?** SaaS is the world now, and like any Cloud Based System there is a subscription for all services. It does this without compromising Security and with robust features like using AI to search video footage quickly. There is very minimal setup. It strives very hard to be plug and play **What do you dislike about Eagle Eye Networks?** I think they strive a bit too hard to be plug and play with minimal setup. This leaves integrators in a tough spot sometimes with their customers when we put equipment on their network and it doesn't work immediately because there is some configuration on their network that needs to be done. This configuration isn't readily available and you need to get with support to find it out. Even then their support shys away from helping when it comes to configuring a clients network. **What problems is Eagle Eye Networks solving and how is that benefiting you?** The ease of access to live cameras, recordings, and analytics due to the cloud and the ease of integration is greatly beneficial. As well as their well done online university training helps get to the point of being a certified integrator easy. ### 49. In an industry plagued by terrible apps and customer experiences, Eagle Eye has hands down the best app experience I've seen. They were always quick to RMA and get a replacement out but I did go through a few.
