"A reliable cloud surveillance solution with intuitive remote access features"
What do you like best about Eagle Eye Networks?

What stood out to me the most is how easy it is to remotely access live and recorded video feeds from any device. The platform has a clean interface, and the setup for cloud-based storage and access was more straightforward than I expected. I also really liked the motion-triggered alerts and the ability to search for specific events or footage easily. Their mobile app is smooth and surprisingly responsive. The fact that it supports existing IP cameras is a big plus, saving us hardware upgrade costs. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Eagle Eye Networks?

While the platform works well overall, I found the initial configuration of cameras and bridges slightly technical not impossible but it took some time to get right. Also if you're storing footage for long durations in high resolution, the cloud storage cost can rise quickly. I did notice that video playback quality can drop if your internet connection is unstable, which makes sense but can still be a bit frustrating during important reviews. "Simple, cloud-first video surveillance with dependable performance"
What do you like best about Eagle Eye Networks?

What really stood out to me was how easy it was to remotely manage and monitor multiple cameras across different locations. I didn’t need a lot of technical expertise to get started - the interface is very intuitive and user-friendly. The search functionality is powerful, especially when you’re trying to find footage tied to specific events or time windows. Also, their mobile app works flawlessly, which made it easy to check in on things on the go. It’s a solid option for anyone who wants reliable cloud-based surveillance without dealing with complex on-premise systems. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Eagle Eye Networks?

One of the main challenges was the initial setup of the bridge and camera connections — not super complicated, but it does require some networking knowledge. Also, the pricing can climb quickly if you're looking to store footage for longer durations or want higher-resolution recordings. It would be nice if the plans had a bit more flexibility in terms of storage and retention. On rare occasions, I noticed a small delay when trying to stream video in real-time, but it was usually tied to internet bandwidth. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Eagle Eye is our preferred camera system we sell"
What do you like best about Eagle Eye Networks?

It is very easy to deploy and the software is very intuitive. We sell it to companies mostly with a few cameras in many locations Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Eagle Eye Networks?

We see the cameras offline in the system sometimes but they are online and vise versa. There seems to be a lag between what we see on the dashboard and the actual state of the camera. This makes it a waste of time to roll a truck when the camera is actually fine Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Smooth Transition and Upgrade Experience"
What do you like best about Eagle Eye Networks?

Their staff made our transition from an outdated in-house NVR to the Eagle Eye hosted system extremely smooth and easy. They took care to go through all of our old cameras and made sure they would work and configured all the settings to give us the best image and retention possible. Being able to access our cameras from anywhere is a huge plus! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Eagle Eye Networks?

There is not much that we dislike about the Eagle Eye system. Most of our 'dislikes' are features that we would like to see implemented and since Eagle Eye is always upgrading and implementing new features we usually do not have to wait long to see the features we want. We are waiting to have some features implemented when it comes to video searching and being able to search multiple cameras at once. There is also some clunkiness with the Download and Archive section of the web interface which they are currently enhancing. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Eagle Eye Networks' Anywhere Cabinets are a game changer for Remote Video Surveillance. With Solar Power, Cellular Connectivity and solid camera choices - all in one simple package - it has allowed us to serve customers that previously would have required a very significant design process. What do you dislike about Eagle Eye Networks?

SaaS is the world now, and like any Cloud Based System there is a subscription for all services. However, with one recent customer, we were able to reduce their monthly cost by 90% versus leasing surveillance trailers. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
