**What do you like best about Coram AI?**

The fact that it is cloud based is great. I really like the browser GUI, it is very easy to use and navigate with minimal training. If there are any questions, the AI chat-bot, Fin, is very helpful and we have used that feature quite a bit for first step troubleshooting. It is also very ease to implement a new server into the environment. The kiosks feature has been super useful for various areas of our property to be able to display relevant feeds.

**What do you dislike about Coram AI?**

The playback on the mobile device app can be a bit laggy. Personally, I would prefer if the playback swipe on the mobile app was the same as the web GUI, left to right instead of up and down. Also on the mobile app, when filtering camera groups, if the select all and deselect all was the same as the web GUI rather than having a select all at the top of the list and a clear at the bottom right.

**What problems is Coram AI solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The ease of use for end users has been very helpful. We are able to set up new users and usually only have to provide very minimal guidance. The AI analytics and journey path has been very helpful especially in situations when a timely response is needed.

**What do you like best about Coram AI?**

There are two features I've come to find very helpful. The first is the license plate detection, the other is the Journey Path. Due to the nature of our business, we've come to rely on both for loss prevention and safety, and both have proven to be very useful. Being able to create a real-time route of a person over the course of multiple cameras throughout a large building has saved us a ton of time in guessing which camera a person may pass next.
The other bright spot is that we were able to keep using our existing camera infrastructure. It would've been a nightmare to have to replace every camera after on-boarding the system. Since we have been able to use what we had, and slowly swap cameras over time, we're in a spot where we can not only handle camera replacement projects over a longer time frame, but we're also creating less e-waste.

**What do you dislike about Coram AI?**

The biggest downside for us is mostly due to adjusting from an on-prem system. Scrolling back through footage to find an exact moment takes a little longer. Where we used to be able to drag the slider over a camera frame to find an exact event, it now takes a little longer to find said event.

**What problems is Coram AI solving and how is that benefiting you?**

One of our biggest takeaways is how simple its been to integrate a large-scale user base into the system. Assigning permissions and handling user login for our old on-prem system required more overhead on the back end. Now, assigning a user to a user group and having the system handle setting up their login has saved us a ton of time.

**What do you like best about Coram AI?**

I like the screen page in which we can see all cameras working at once, it is helpful for my specific job. Additionally I like the added features, adding personal walls for specific groups of cameras has been helpful and creating alerts for certain detections is helpful as opposed to me monitering all the time.

**What do you dislike about Coram AI?**

I have noticed some of the times coram does go down, the cameras will freeze and it is a bit of time until it goes up again. When moving from screen to screen (different cameras) sometimes it will take a bit of time for the camera to callibrate to my screen.

**What problems is Coram AI solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Coram is saving lots of time for me and others in my company. It allows me to check on things happening in the company across the hallway quicker than getting up to go, especially if I am on a meeting or needed elsewhere. We work with children and safety is so important, we love coram because we have all interactions and moments on camera which keeps the child safe.

**What do you like best about Coram AI?**

Coram design is very easy to navigate. The option to make your screens alphabetical order can make processes go by faster as well as the feature to generate links. Being able to download the videos protect our compliance and has been beneficial to all of our staff when going over information and checklist.

**What do you dislike about Coram AI?**

While using coram I have run into the issue where it makes me log in twice. The other features have worked amazing though and are always super fast when loading footage. The time out it gives you after being inactive is a great resource to help protect my job if i step away from my desk. If the log in process was smoother the app would be perfect!

**What problems is Coram AI solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Being in a company that oversees a lot, having coram not only helps the company it also helps our staff who use the videos for evaluations, checklist and reviews. It is easy to locate what you need and has helped us solve a lot of problems such as locating lost items or overseeing a situation.

**What do you like best about Coram AI?**

The ability of this program to link with Ascender so we are able to account for each student that should be on campus that day is amazing. Furthermore, my job covers all of the campuses, and I feel more confident in our security as I move from campus to campus. I think this is something that should make all staff and students feel safer.

I don't know if there is a downside? I do have some reservations about the power and scope of AI, but this is about keeping our kids and staff safe.

Our previous security program was ineffective. Most didn't know how it worked. For those of us that did know, it didn't work consistently. That is reason enough in times like this to find another security program. This is where the AI will be effective. Due to the unique challanges of the population we serve, we need a security system that we can depend on to track students, staff, and visitors.

We have incorporated Coram AI across our district as part of our emergency management protocols. In comparison to other technology products that the district explored to meet compliance requirements, Coram AI is an affordable and quality product.  Coram AI provides a quick and efficient way to alert administration and staff in emergency situations. Utilizing Coram AI for our emergency notifications has been an easy transition for our campuses. The set up was simple and straightforward and did not require additional hours of support from the technology department.  The app is easily installed on both cell phones and desktop computers, helping to ensure that our staff is immediately notified when an emergency situation arises. Coram AI customer support and the design team have been flexible and accommodating to ensure our district needs are met. The Coram AI emergency notifications system integrates well with our emergency management protocols and allows for simple tracking of required monthly drills.  I strongly urge districts to consider Coram AI when considering ways to enhance campus safety and security.

I have no concerns about Coram AI technology. Coram AI has been of great benefit to our campuses. It allows us to meet compliance requirements for safety and security. I am confident that the customer support and design teams will continue to work with our staff to address any recommendations for functionality or concerns should they arise in the future.

Coram AI has provided a reliable way to alert campus staff in the event of an emergency. The Coram AI team worked with our Director of School Safety and Technology Manager to ensure that the technology met all state safety and security requirements for schools. What really stood out to me about Coram AI is how easy and user-friendly the platform is. I was surprised by how intuitive everything felt right from the start.  The setup was quick, the layout made sense and it did not feel overwhelming at all. I expected a bit of a learning curve, but there really isn't one.  Customer service has been wonderful.  In our situation and business where things need to work fast, having something this simple and reliable makes a huge difference.  It's a great feeling to be prepared and compliant using Coram.

There are no downsides.  After leaving our old platform, Coram has been impressive.

**What problems is Coram AI solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Coram AI solves the problem of communication gaps during safety situations.  As an educational staff I need to be able to quickly see what's happening on campus and know when there's a lockdown or security concern and we need to be able to report issues as they come up and Coram makes that possible by ensuring that our staff is on the same system and gets the same information instantly.

**What do you like best about Coram AI?**

In an emergency, you need things to work efficiently, correctly, and intuitively. I feel much more confident about the safety of our students and staff because Coram AI truly nailed it with this software. It has been genuinely refreshing to work with a company that values product functionality and the people who use it just as much as meeting compliance regulations. We’re not only compliant—we’re prepared.

Coram AI’s technology is the standout, and the people behind it are phenomenal. From start to finish, the integration process was simple and fast. They came prepared, clearly knew what they were doing, and were more than willing to collaborate with us to meet the specific needs of our school district. There were no gatekeepers slowing things down or forcing endless meetings during the setup process. Everything was straightforward and moved forward smoothly.

After the initial setup, it’s as easy as installing the app on staff devices and giving a quick run-through. It provides the features we need to alert staff during an emergency with customizable alert types, creates a closed communication channel between staff and administration, alerts law enforcement, helps us keep track of students during an emergency, and supports reuniting families afterward. Drill mode is effortless, and it keeps a history of activity. Overall, it works in a way that makes sense—simple to use, efficient, and polished. Simply put, it’s the best panic button app out there.

There is nothing that I dislike. I only wish that we had it sooner.

It addresses the critical problem of slow, outdated, and fragmented emergency response systems in our school. Because the previous district app was inefficient, administrators and staff were often forced to fall back on traditional methods—PA announcements, phone calls and texts, radio communications, and other legacy hardware—to coordinate during drills, secure orders, or classroom holds. With this app, everything is now in one place, which makes communication more consistent when it matters most. It’s also helping us meet the compliance goals set forth by the government.

What I like most about Coram AI is the exceptional customer service. The team is consistently responsive and works diligently to address questions or any minor issues that come up. Their ability to send knowledgeable technical support on-site has been incredibly valuable for us and has made implementation, a comfortable process. We’re currently operating four controllers powering ten doors, along with four cameras, reliably. With the frequency of use, the doors are operating with ease. The team has been outstanding to work with. They are friendly, responsive, knowledgeable, and willing to provide on-site technical support that functions seamlessly within our busy factory environment.

**What do you dislike about Coram AI?**

Integration was a bit tricky at first due to our older infrastructure. That said, the Coram AI team provided strong support and clear guidance throughout the process, which made the transition manageable and, in the end, successful.

Coram AI has helped us centralize and streamline both access control and camera management, improving our overall security and operational efficiency. Coram AI is cutting edge technology needed in all schools for safety and security.  The system is easy to use and can be integrated into existing networks.  We use Coram AI frequently to run drills on our campuses and the technology was easily implemented by our technology director.  Customer support for needs is top notch.

There are no downsides to using Coram AI technology.  It is helpful in every aspect of safety and security in schools making sure that what you pay for is what you get-the best of the best!

The issue of safety and security on our campuses has been solved by using Coram AI.  We have used other companies for safety and security in the past and have not been satisfied with those programs.  The Coram AI program is quality vs. quantity which gives piece of mind to our parent, teachers and staff.

The facial recognition is a timesaver.  Being able to have the system identify a certain individual it can then follow the individual through multiple cameras.  This use to require us with our past system pulling up different cameras and finding the times.  The system seamlessly finds the person and follows them through different cameras saving time and potential threats.

**What do you dislike about Coram AI?**

Nothing!  It is great!  The system is very user friendly and saves time.

**What problems is Coram AI solving and how is that benefiting you?**

In a school, we want to be able to identify potential threats or locate students.  This system is able to help us identify possible threats before we are even aware.  We are able to track individual and locate them within seconds.  Normally this would take many staff and long periods of time going through multiple camera footage.  This system finds individuals quickly and potentially stop incidents before they occur.

Ability to do virtual supervision with clients and technicians - I work at two different centers, and with the use of Coram, I can provide support even when I am at the different center and be able to see what is happening.

I spoke with the representative to share the feedback, which was immediately addressed, however, I do wish with the download that the "include audio" was automatically selected as it can be missed.

Different ways to complete my job duties that sometimes serve better virtually - this can be more case management and admin tasks that can be more challenging in person rather than from the use of the cameras. I am also able to utilize video footage to show examples or refer to feedback as needed for better understanding in meetings or trainings.

**What do you like best about Coram AI?**

As someone with a technical background, what I value most about Coram is its straightforwardness. The deployment process was seamless. Having installed security cameras in the past, I can say I have never come across anything as easy to set up as this. Coram Point worked immediately after unboxing, without requiring any port forwarding or network segmentation. I had the entire system operational, including camera feedback, as soon as I connected to the switch.

I’m also impressed by how fast and professional the company is. From sales to support, I’ve always received prompt responses to my requests. I worked with RJ from the sales team, who did an amazing job supporting me throughout the configuration process and forwarding me to the proper channels when needed.

So far, I'm satisfied with everything about this company, no dislikes!

**What do you like best about Coram AI?**

Coram AI is super easy to use! Working in a clinic setting it is important to be able to maintain the safety of our clients and our staff, and Coram definitely provides peace of mind in that aspect. I use this daily! Its super easy to take a peek, save videos, and navigate through multiple cameras. Everything is laid out in a clear concise way. I also love that you can share temporary access with others if needed.

**What do you dislike about Coram AI?**

There is a small learning curve when learning how to navigate and save clips, but that is just part of learning how to use a new service. I do wish downloads happened immediately, but the wait time is very short.

**What problems is Coram AI solving and how is that benefiting you?**

When I am looking for a staff member or a client, it is super easy to locate them on a camera, versus doing a lap around the entire clinic trying to find them. Its also great for doing audits/ doing a headcount of who is present and who is not.

The software has been designed with the end user in mind. Keeping the use of the program as simple as possible is very useful when implementing it to staff that may not be very tech savvy. We were able to integrate the program into our system with no issues. Working with members of the Coram AI team has been a pleasant experience and something that seems to be a rare find these days. Coram AI team members place value in customer opinions and recommendations.

Previous Response: I like that I am able to zoom in and hear audio through the cameras. The multi-view screens are helpful when watching over a group of people at one time. I enjoy the movement snap shots and the easy time stamping for downloading videos/photos!

UPDATE - STILL LOVE THE CAMERA VIEW! 

**What do you dislike about Coram AI?**

Previous Response: FREEZES! Recently, I been having issues when doing timestamps and the video freezes as I am trying to watch back footage. In addition, the freezing happens when I am not doing timestamps and may close out on me when I am watching a live view!

UPDATE: After providing feedback to the Coram team. The staff quickly updated the software in very respectable time! I the last few days I was able to use coram with NO FREEZING! I was so happy and it made my job a lot easier. Thank you to the Coram Team <3

Coram AI helps me with playing back footage of challenging behaviors that happen in rooms of our clinic. It allows me to watch the treatment fidelity when I am not in the room with the person.

**What do you like best about Coram AI?**

The ease of install was amazing.  We moved from a Milestone server with Axis cameras and in 90 minutes, had 25 cameras enabled within Coram while the Milestone service was still running.  Transition anxiety evaporated almost immediately.

**What do you dislike about Coram AI?**

The biggest negative was using the help feature to troubleshoot.  The help text window covers the navigation pane and must be closed in order to follow the suggested course of action.  On the other hand, after a few missed attempts with the help feature, I was pleasantly surprised to find an engineer had jumped in and taken over for the AI agent and was able to immediately solve the problem.

**What problems is Coram AI solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are a K-12 school district that needed a new video surveillance server.  The new server was a seamless replacement for our system and required no camera upgrades.  Additionally, we vetted the firearm and trespass detection capabilities with local law enforcement members who asked to be included in the notifications.  We are now set up with LE members getting real time firearm detections.  A true game changer in response time.

**What do you like best about Coram AI?**

Coram AI software is easy for basic users. Many of our users are security personnel with minimum experience with camera software. Our previous security software was so complicated, the Information Technology Department had to handle all requests regarding software, camera position, and gathering footage. We gave users basic training with the Coram software and they are able to handle security/video issues.

Coram did not bankrupt my budget. Coram AI has allowed us to replace our old camera system at a huge savings. Our old system was extremely dated and cameras were not working properly. I love that Coram AI is in the cloud, which means there's no software to download and it can be accessed directly from the computer. It's fast and solves our problems very quickly, allowing me to review footage almost instantly since it loads very fast. I find the system user-friendly and quick to learn, making navigation easy. Additionally, there's a lot of customization available, which is nice. The cloud capability and the quick loading time of the videos really help in reducing the time it takes to review footage, which used to take a long time with our old system.

The only situation I've seen so far that I think could be an improvement is being able to access the timeline feature from the floor plan feature to be able to click on a camera and then go directly to review past footage. You can view it live, but you can't view past footage.

Quick and easy-to-navigate camera access.  My company uses this across 16 stores, and being able to identify users for loss-prevention or liability reasons is important.  It's easy for them to follow paths around the store, select specific recordings, and export these to save or forward to others.

**What do you dislike about Coram AI?**

Saving recordings at a high resolution results in either short retention times or lowered quality for older recordings.
Some users find that the scrubbing controls to precisely replay specific short clips are difficult to use.
Dewarping fisheye camera views would be nice to have, though that's not a problem so much as a feature request.

**What problems is Coram AI solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Unfortunately, at any retail store there are sometimes problems with accidental injuries or theft.  I'm generally skeptical of "AI", but in this case it's being used for a useful reason - this feature of Coram makes it easy for users to find specific people within a timeframe, and follow them through the store to spot when problems occur.
With a previous product, users would have to contact my team, IT Support, with lists of times for us to open camera software and save video clips to send back to them - or to have cumbersome software installed, which brought its own problems with security updates and ensuring it was installed on all the computers it was needed on.  With Coram being a browser-based solution, it runs well on any computer without software installation required, and can even be accessed on mobile phones if necessary.  Users can save their own recordings easily, making it faster to share recordings for law enforcement or insurance needs.
When there have been software issues, Coram's tech support has been fast and responsive, helping get issues resolved quickly.  We've even had some ideas on how to improve the product, which we've seen implemented and which hopefully improve the experience for other users as well as ourselves!

From the very beginning, the support team was exceptionally helpful, accommodating multiple meetings to fine-tune our requirements. They also provided invaluable assistance during our initial system testing, even sending us a demo unit to evaluate, which played a crucial role in our decision-making process. Setting up the system was straightforward, despite our choice to run a server in-house—other setup options are even simpler to integrate. During the demo, their AI detection capabilities were so impressive that we initially suspected the results might have been staged, but we were proven wrong. We challenged the system with obscure searches, and it handled them flawlessly, leaving us genuinely amazed. In our own tests, it consistently found every "needle in the haystack" we looked for. The software's performance is truly remarkable. The interface is smooth and intuitive, and the video buffering stands out as best-in-class. I was particularly impressed by how quickly it could scroll through historical recordings, even down to very fine time resolutions, which many other programs lack—often only indexing at 15- or 30-second intervals. Everything about the system feels intuitive. Throughout the process, the Coram AI team welcomed our feedback and demonstrated a real commitment to addressing every need we raised. It's exciting to think the software will only continue to improve. While we were demoing their system, our existing (non-Coram AI) solution experienced repeated failures, resulting in lost recordings that were never captured. In contrast, both our tests and the historical archives provided by Coram AI showed no loss of footage. I have complete confidence in the reliability and robustness of their system, especially given our stringent security requirements. We are thrilled to have made the switch to Coram AI, and I have much greater peace of mind knowing that Coram AI takes security—such as license plate, facial, and weapon recognition—and staff safety, including fall detection, as seriously as I do, even when I am not on-site. This system will be running around the clock, and I am eager to see what new features will be introduced in the coming months and years.

I'm torn here - there are 2 very specific (for our use-case) detection features I noticed they didn't have included. Naturally, I asked them about it, and they actually confirmed both are in development; so they'll be available shortly, which is amazing. Now, I sincerely considered not even counting this (frankly, they're 2 non-critical things missing and they've satisfied 98 critical ones)... but I'm mentioning it as it's the only thing I've been disappointed by, and I want to be honest.

Facial recognition for payroll (redundancy for clocking in/out, loss prevention re time theft), license plate recognition (for repeat trespassers, confirming on-site presence of employees), package detection (obvious), fall detection (making sure outdoor slips during the winter are addressed ASAP - especially when cold and alone; of course, indoor, too), retroactively searching for features (e.g., bearded man wearing a yellow vest in September, FedEx truck).

The AI recognition and natural language search capabilities for camera feeds are second to none. Between its discovery and alerting tools, the Coram camera system saves our team significant time, allowing employees to stay focused on what matters most and respond quickly to developing situations on our campuses.

Implementation with pretty much any hardware was seamless since Coram will onboard with any ONVIF camera and ability to integrate with sensors, such as Halo vape detectors, via a simple API. We rely on the system daily to efficiently resolve cases and keep operations running smoothly.

The platform has been remarkably stable, and Coram’s AI tool trained on their in house guides have been more than enough for our everyday questions; but in the event we have something more complex, their customer support team jumps in. They also incorporated our feedback and added a new feature that we requested.

After using Coram in our production environment, I can confidently say there’s nothing we dislike about the product. We evaluated seven competitors before selecting Coram as our top choice and we have no regrets about our decision, even after implementation.

Coram AI has been outstanding for our organization from the very beginning. The setup process was straightforward, and we experienced minimal downtime. Whenever we encountered issues, customer support was quick to assist and resolved our tickets promptly. Sharing clips is simple, even with recipients who are not users on our Coram AI platform. The AI search feature, which includes facial and license plate recognition, has made it much easier for us to locate specific events. Integration with our environment sensors works flawlessly. We use the platform several times a week to review footage. Additionally, we have multiple Coram AI cameras that are included free with our subscription, and we have not had any problems with them. These complimentary cameras have also helped our organization save money.

**What do you dislike about Coram AI?**

The processing power of the Coram point restricts the cameras to 20 fps or less. When I attempted to increase the frame rate, the Coram point displayed a warning about high GPU usage. Over time, I have adjusted to the cameras running at a lower fps. Occasionally, when I review footage, the system takes some time to buffer, and at times it even stalls completely. This could possibly be due to our network traffic.

Coram AI has provided a more affordable option compared to other well-known cloud VMS systems. We no longer need to worry about maintaining our NVR, which has been a relief. Integrating environment sensors with our cameras was something our previous NVR couldn't handle, but Coram AI made it possible. Sharing video is now much simpler, and we've also saved money on camera installations and purchases because the system works with our existing cameras. The phone app is well-designed and very user-friendly.

When you go into the search bar, there is a slight lag in time for the videos to load.  I spoke to a customer service rep and he told me some updates were coming soon that would help speed that process up.

Several factors contributed to Coram leading the field. Their AI is both accurate and reliable, unlike some competitors, and we appreciated the flexibility to continue using our existing cameras, allowing us to upgrade at our own pace. The system’s playback speed, review features, and alert functionality were also significant advantages.

Coram’s AI is not only precise but also user-friendly, offering extensive search options. Setting up alerts is straightforward, eliminating the need for constant monitoring of the camera system. Since implementing Coram in early 2025, we have seen ongoing improvements as the system continues to refine and deepen its learning. Our existing cameras have integrated seamlessly with Coram, making the transition as easy as plug and play. Playback is extremely fast, saving our team considerable time when accessing and reviewing footage. The main problem we've encountered with Coram is the noise produced by their largest server. This server operates at a very loud volume and really needs to be installed in a sound-insulated area or somewhere distant from spaces where noise might be disruptive. The loudness comes from the powerful fans required to cool the large AI processors inside. In contrast, the smaller servers do not have this noise issue. It's also important to plan for sufficient cooling in any room where Coram servers are located. For example, we've had to install mini-split systems in closets housing the Coram servers to manage the extra heat.

Coram enabled our organization to eliminate the need for hardware maintenance by our IT team. It also provided the flexibility to customize camera access based on different user levels. The AI feature reduced the necessity for continuous visual monitoring by setting up alerts, which made managing the system much easier. Overall, Coram improved our efficiency when reviewing footage and documenting cases.

The AI is excellent. I thought it was a great addition since we are a 24/7 business and we have events that happen all throughout the day and night. Using the AI search is a huge help when we have to locate someone or something.

We share the video feeds with our staff with the URL the feed provides. The shared feeds have a URL that is public. We would normally have to change the URL every time someone quits.
Definitely a flaw for security. Even though I have found a way around it (password protected website with an embed URL), but this is a pretty big deal with turnover.

**What problems is Coram AI solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Security is paramount in our facility which is adult entertainment. We can easily search the feeds based on things like "red shirt", "running", etc.
The cameras are great. We can make details out that we couldn't with our old cameras.
The feed is split 3 ways- Person, Car, Motion so it's easy to skip in the timeline to the spot of the incident.

There's not much to dislike about the system. If there's any downside, you cannot view your cameras over the LAN when you ISP is unavailable.

We are a company with multiple buildings with many departments and office. Before we had multiple camera systems that all operate differently and do not integrate with one another. Coram AI solved all of these issues for us. Each location has it's own Coram Point (local NVR for that building) which connects to Coram AI's web service which allows for ONE dashboard to log into to manage and view ALL of our cameras at ALL of our locations at once. This paired with the great user interface alleviates a ton of the weight on our IT department since users, for the most, have been able to login and do everything on their own without asking us for any assistance. This amongst all of the other features with Coram AI have been a huge win for us!

Also, the product is incredibly affordable! Get it while it's hot!

Coram has been a game changer for our security presence, there are multiple features that have reduced the overall workload of our security team with regards to incident response.  Video searching that used to take weeks can now be done in a matter of hours.

Setup of the system has been extremely easy.  Everything from bringing the appliances online to adopting cameras is straight forward and simple.  Additionally, being able to use existing cameras has been amazing.  The support team has done an amazing job working with us to ensure that the encoding is set correctly and that the video from these existing cameras is as good as it can be.

Overall we're are very pleased with Coram and have recommended it to peer organizations looking for a new solution.

**What do you dislike about Coram AI?**

The only thing that I don'l like is that the the full rack servers are very loud.  Easily the loudest servers I've ever had oversight of.  Going forward we will most likely explore using the smaller form servers as they have a fraction of the fan noise of the larger units.

The biggest gain we have experienced is during incident response.  The ability to easily identify and area/person/timeline has been an amazing time save for our teams.  Research that used to take weeks has been shrunk down to a matter of hours utilizing the tools that are available from Coram.

I like Coram AI for its ease of use and the consistent upgrades that keep improving the features. The product often exceeds my expectations. I also find the ease of camera monitoring useful, and creating personal walls to monitor the most important cameras is great. The Smart Walls are impressive as it keeps the cameras tht are experiencing action up on my screen. The feature that marks every vehicle and person passing by in an easy to review location is helpful. Plus, the alert features are robust and work very well.

**What do you dislike about Coram AI?**

I find the facial recognition feature to be often incorrect, falsely tagging faces as a person of interest when they are not. It's unreliable, leading to false positives. However, we still use this feature as it is often correct as well.

**What problems is Coram AI solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Coram AI for monitoring and reviewing camera footage across multiple properties. It's easy to use, consistently updated, and exceeds expectations, especially with Smart Walls and alerts that work well. However, facial recognition needs improvement due to frequent false positives.

It could improve specific logic-based permissions based on users for things like MFA, Face ID, etc and should have password or network protected kiosk view to ensure the kiosk view can't be viewed by anyone online who is outside your company.

We previously had to use a VPN to access our network-based security cameras from off-site, but now we can access the cameras anywhere due to the cloud-based camera routing.

Most of the issues that I have with Coram are user issues. Trying to figure out how to more effectively use or find something quicker are usually my hang ups. However, it is easy to navigate and try different things. I feel like I learn something new every time i use it.

Ease of use
Accessing the system from multiple devices anywhere on campus is very helpful. 
Being able to ask a question of; for example, bike on campus and seeing video of bikes during the day. Very helpful!

Ease of installation and use. The installation is standard but supported at a practice level and in a way that helps to manage the local technical staff and the leadership that will be using the platform. Having the platform in place and considering new options for access control has been a great foundation for future enhancements to physician security. They have been a great support to us.

Nothing top of mind, but we had to resolve a slight issue across multiple locations involving restricted access.

It's very intuitive. I have yet to have training on it, but I can navigate it with ease. It was very easy to implement and the installers were terrific. Very friendly customer support, making our satisfaction top priority. We use the system daily and integrates seamless with our network infrastructure.

The camera quality is good, but it could be a bit better. It can't pick up longer distance license plates or faces that are beyond 15 feet or so.

It allows me to share the video very easily and does not require complicated logins to access the video. Furthermore, it saves staff time by searching and showing us when and where the people entered areas, which use to take us hours to find and bring together.

On the app, it is very easy to accidentally trigger an alarm by swiping to scroll down the list, which can potentially cause issues and scare children unnecessarily.

Customer support  has been pretty solid so far.

I have had to adjust some of the camera setting for it to work as I expect. I would like to see a solution that could do that from within the Coram software.

Part of my role at my company is going around to each room to do fidelity checks. With Coram AI, I'm able to check the rooms from wherever I am, no need to physically go to each room. Another reason that Coram AI is an asset to our company is for safety. We have about 30-40 kids at some of our clinics and Coram AI makes it possible for us to quickly see where our clients are when needed.

Personally, I have ran into little to no issues with Coram AI. Once or twice I've experienced a camera being offline, but it was swiftly resolved.

Reviewing surveillance video has often been too challenging for our security staff. Furthermore, outdated technology has restricted incident viewing to the physical location of each camera. Since our charter school system operates across multiple sites, this has made security monitoring especially difficult for our Director. Coram AI offers a unified interface that enables our Director of Security to oversee all locations from one place. The system is also user-friendly, making it simple for our security staff to operate and to share video clips with administrative personnel. On top of that, Coram AI is mostly hardware agnostic, which has allowed us to transition away from our previous solution more efficiently. Our Director of Security has been very satisfied.
