Even for most of the stores one camera at the entrance is sufficient. The AI-driven accuracy is impressive. It distinguishes reliably between customers and staff and provides very accurate data on "walk-ins" versus "passers-by." The dashboard is intuitive and allows us to compare the performance of different branches in real-time, which has significantly improved our staff scheduling during peak hours. **What do you dislike about Isarsoft Perception?** The initial integration in our system could have gone faster, but the daily use of the dashboard is very intuitive and also implementing new cameras works really smoothly. **What problems is Isarsoft Perception solving and how is that benefiting you?** With the analysis of the video data we can see now clearly the peak times in our store and which aisles customers are interested the most. This helps us to adapt the store`s layout and replace e.g. displays and produts. Also we measure now more than only footfall.
