We love the B2B fit-for-use of Intershop. Lots of functionalities, accessible via API's for PWA use. We created an accelerator pack including a modern React-based PWA, integration options, selenium tested and more. This gives the project a short time to market. Our customers value the stability and scalablity of the platform. Even better in the SaaS/PaaS version. There's a lot of AI on the roadmap, as well as making it more and more composable. **What do you dislike about Intershop Commerce Platform?** Intershop is still a bit of a dark horse. Perhaps not as sexy as some MACH alternatives, but a lot easier to start with, a lower TCO and to be able to start a bit monolithic. And make it composable step by step. That really is possible. Hosting of the application and PWA used to be pretty complex, but Intershop now offers solid PaaS options, as well as ways of hosting external PWA's. This is good on the one hand, but the problem is the documentation (knowledge base). It's great if you have the technical team behind you to customize. Works great in the suite of architecture, but it isn't an all in one solution.
