I appreciate that the Intershop Commerce Platform allows us to own the customer experience while seamlessly integrating with our ERP and PIM system to provide the essential information we need. Its ability to enable the creation of a separate marketplace built on Mirakl has opened new revenue streams for our business. I value the out-of-the-box B2B functionality, such as complex price and range management, which suits our business needs. Additionally, the platform's flexibility in working alongside other tools like Mirakl, Mulesoft, Stibo PIM, Elastic Search, and Algonomy demonstrates its ability to adapt and integrate within our existing digital ecosystem. I find the CMS provided by the Intershop Commerce Platform is not easy for the end user to manage content, it has a lot of functionality but is very different to the CMS of a shopify for example. This necessitates the integration with a third-party CMS to achieve the desired experience. Additionally, the initial setup was complex because it required customization to deliver the needed experience and incorporate some features from our previous platform.
