What do you like best about Insightech?

As a UX designer, it's hard to get buy-in for user testing, interviews, surveys, essentially qualitative research sources. Instead, Insightech helps to fill that gap with it's replays, click maps, scroll maps, pathing, funnels, and analytics, giving us the next best thing. Replays in Insightech are almost like sitting with the user and observing their behaviours, which gives us invaluable insights as to the performance of our websites.

It's easy to use, and easy to get tracking and offers rather robust segmentation features, including REGEX segmentation and dataLayer event tracking. It's incredibly easy to implement across platforms from completely custom tech stacks to the widely used shopify platform.

It's become a daily tool for our team and the customer support is exceptional. Would and will contninue to recommend. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Insightech?

What do you like best about Insightech?

The ability to easily build funnels.

Super quick access to the replays and the ability to interact with these sessions to understand how customer interacted with the quote flow.

The dashboard provides so much additional information like the ability to compare segments and see what the impact of a particular change made to metrics.

We use it very frequently to also help us troubleshoot where customers are stuck or particular bugs are prevelant.

What do you like best about Insightech?

The ability to create segments based on what I customer saw throughout their journey. This allows you to get insights on past events without having to set up GTM to fire an event. We have localized stock availability this tool allowed us to see when I customer saw a product was out of stock based on their location. Another example was getting better visibility over how often 3rd party personalization events were triggering to better gauge the value of their services. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Insightech?

You can filter the session records to a specific step in a funnel which is incredibly useful. I did find because the recordings are rebuilt from the session data they often had shutter and didn't always track the customer's mouse movements. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Insightech?

The platform allows us to easily filter millions of sessions down to relevant sessions, experiences, journeys or points of friction across all channels and devices.

What do you like best about Insightech?

Insightech enables my team and I to trully understand how our customers are using our websites. We use it to identify any issues, make sure our new features are used the way they are meant to, and measure our A/B tests setup in Optimizely.

There is nothing the Insightech team can't do, they are always listening to feedbacks and improve their already great tool on a regular basis.

What makes Insightech so useful is the ability to create new segments based on CSS or Text element that were loaded in the page and retrieve old sesssions matching that segment. So you do not need to know in advance what you are looking for, you can always retrieve it later on. That in itself is priceless! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Insightech?

Insightech makes it possible for us to be proactive rather than reactive when it comes to identifying website issues, essentially streamlining the process by removing the need to try and replicate the bug and allowing us to identify what the exact issue is, how many users it is impacting and at what stage in their journey in a matter of minutes, thus making it easier and faster for us to flag to our developers and implement a fix. Insightech has allowed us to identify opportunities as well as friction points in the customer journey which have led us to make changes to our website that have had a significant and direct impact on conversion rate - revenue opportunities that we would have missed out on had we not had access to this tool and data. It has also allowed us to monitor the performance of new features as we roll them out. What do you dislike about Insightech?

The learning curve used to be a bit steep for non-technical users wanting to make the most out of this tool but Insightech is always rolling out updates to make using the tool easier and easier to use - we now have most teams in the business (e-commerce, marketing, customer experience) using it! What do you like best about Insightech?

Insightech is a super user-friendly tools and in just a few clicks you can unlock powerful insights than unlock UX opportunities, tech opportunities and attribution opportunities which ultimately drive increase in revenue.

Besides the support team and account management is amazing, you get an elaborate answer super quickly. Besides you have access to raw data which if you have the tech skills can leverage to answer even more questions or build reporting.

What do you dislike about Insightech?

Nothing, it's the most powerful tool on the market for a great price.

Much better than Hotjar or fullstory. The only small downside would be that to fully levearge it you need to have stakeholders who understand css/html/datalayer features but it's easy to pick up and the Insightech team is here to support you all the way to ramp up in skills.
