**What do you like best about Infunnel?**

It gives a clear, real-time view of the whole customer journey. I like how easy it is to track leads, see where they drop off, and optimize each step.

**What do you dislike about Infunnel?**

Hm...The interface can initially feel a bit complex, especially if you're new to sales automation tools.

**What problems is Infunnel solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It helps me understand and improve our lead conversion process. Instead of guessing where we lose people, I can clearly see it and take action. It’s saving time and made our sales efforts more effective.
