A few things stand out - Our CSM has been an amazing partner. She is super quick to respond to requests and questions and provides strategic recommendations and insight into what other customers are doing/seeing success with. Another great thing about Influ2 is the ability to have full visibility into who we are reaching and who is engaging with our ads. We are excited to adopt the next version of the platform that is more intuitive and will allow us to build customer journeys but our tech stack and Influ2s limitations are making this not possible. Influ2 allows us to be highly targeted in our digital marketing campaigns which is important in ABM marketing when specific accounts or personas care about different things.
