
One of the things I appreciate most about Inception CRM is that the implementation of new features, including new integrations, is fast and easy, while the system still gives us the depth and capabilities I would expect from an enterprise pharma CRM solution.
What is important to us is that it’s built specifically for pharmaceutical workflows and industry requirements. The processes match how pharma companies actually work, and we don’t have to worry about compliance because it comes built-in to Inception CRM, which is very important in our environment.
As an admin, Inception CRM makes my daily work easy. I use the system to manage user accounts and access rights, oversee fleet records, prepare contract templates, maintain the customer database, process update requests from the field, update product price lists, set order discounts, and configure bonus schemes.
And as part of the management team, I also use the system to support sales evaluation and reporting, assign special tasks across our field team, and handle structured period closing.
All of this is managed easily and smoothly within one system in a structured and reliable way.
Over the years, I’ve worked in several companies that use Inception CRM, and the feedback has consistently been very positive from the field teams.
