**What do you like best about Inception CRM?**

What I like best about Inception CRM is its deep, pharma-specific functionality. It truly covers the full range of industry requirements without compromise. Despite this depth, Inception is agile, streamlined, and very easy to use, all while being competitively priced, which makes it the top alternative to Veeva and other enterprise CRM platforms.

**What do you dislike about Inception CRM?**

Absolutely no issues so far. The system works very well.

**What problems is Inception CRM solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Inception CRM solves the complexity and hidden costs that come with traditional enterprise pharma  CRMs, which usually need heavy customization and ongoing IT support. Instead, it gives us a pharma-specific solution with deep capabilities, transparent pricing, and exceptional ongoing customer support.

The result is a streamlined, end-to-end system that’s easy to use, which has led to high user adoption and more efficient day-to-day operations.

**What do you like best about Inception CRM?**

One of the things I appreciate most about Inception CRM is that the implementation of new features, including new integrations, is fast and easy, while the system still gives us the depth and capabilities I would expect from an enterprise pharma CRM solution.

What is important to us is that it’s built specifically for pharmaceutical workflows and industry requirements. The processes match how pharma companies actually work, and we don’t have to worry about compliance because it comes built-in to Inception CRM, which is very important in our environment.

As an admin, Inception CRM makes my daily work easy. I use the system to manage user accounts and access rights, oversee fleet records, prepare contract templates, maintain the customer database, process update requests from the field, update product price lists, set order discounts, and configure bonus schemes. 

And as part of the management team, I also use the system to support sales evaluation and reporting, assign special tasks across our field team, and handle structured period closing.

All of this is managed easily and smoothly within one system in a structured and reliable way.

Over the years, I’ve worked in several companies that use Inception CRM, and the feedback has consistently been very positive from the field teams.

Inception CRM combines easy rollout with the depth, control, and compliance that pharma companies expect and need from their CRM. If I could choose, I would always work with Inception CRM.

**What do you dislike about Inception CRM?**

Nothing I can think of. If there's anything we need, the Inception CRM support team is very flexible and responsive about implementing individual solutions for us, and their operational assistance is invaluable.

- Inception CRM makes it very simple to manage HCP and HCO databases and keep all relevant info and profiles up-to-date.
- It allows me to monitor field activity and sales performance in real time.
- It gives our reps the tools to develop our own market intelligence and customer insights - based on real-world HCP engagement.
- It automatically segments our customers based on our commercial priorities which keeps our reps productively engaged with the right HCPs.

**What do you like best about Inception CRM?**

I’ve been using this system for almost a decade in three separate companies. What really stands out is how much deep functionality is packed into such an easy-to-use platform. The feature depth is impressive — from the beginning, almost everything we needed was included right out of the box, without a complicated setup. The vendor managed our implementation directly, which saved us both time and money, since we were able to leverage their expertise without hiring consultants. 

Even the really complex processes that needed to be tailored for us, like our net sales calculator, which calculates actual net profit from each of our sales channels every week, got up and running quickly, without the long implementation cycles you typically see with bigger enterprise CRMs.

**What do you dislike about Inception CRM?**

Nothing I can point to specifically, because whenever there’s an issue with the system, the vendor solves it almost immediately. If there’s a feature we need that isn’t available, they’re usually able to give it to us with the next version. Most of the time, we don’t even have to pay for it, since the benefits are shared among all of their customers.

**What problems is Inception CRM solving and how is that benefiting you?**

In my role, I use Inception CRM to understand the profitability of our different sales channels and what's driving it. Inception CRM's seamless integration with regional drug wholesalers, distributors, and pharmacies lets me track every product unit sold. The platform's net sales calculator factors channel-specific prices, discounts, rebates, and special offers to pharmacies to tell me exactly how much profit we earned in each, in almost real-time. As a result, I can optimize sales campaigns around the offers that show the best traction for sales and maximize our profitability, while avoiding investments in areas with lower ROI.

**What do you like best about Inception CRM?**

As a finance director in a leading branded generics company operating across multiple business areas — primary care, secondary care, hospital sales, and pharmacy sales — maintaining profitability is everything. We sell at the lowest cost to support patient access, which means we operate on razor-thin margins. Monitoring profitability across every channel, in near real-time, is not a nice-to-have; it's essential.

Inception CRM delivers this in a way I haven't found in any other system. Their net sales calculator computes actual net profit on every pack sold across all channels, factoring in the full complexity of our commercial reality: channel-specific pricing, rebates, discounts, free goods, and deals negotiated directly by our reps with pharmacies. Because it runs automatically against the weekly and monthly sales data we receive from wholesalers and distributors — data that the Inception CRM team cleans and prepares on our behalf, every cycle — we get a continuously updated view of where we stand, with no internal overhead on our side.

What made this possible so quickly was the implementation experience. To set up the gross-to-net calculator, all we had to do was describe our financial model. Inception's team did the rest, and had it running in under two months — remarkably fast given the complexity involved. We also had no integration delays: Inception CRM was already connected to all of our wholesalers and distributors, which meant no additional implementation cost and no waiting to get the system live for order taking and sales data processing.

The practical result is that I use the system every day — checking reports, tracking orders, and exploring the sales data — because it shows me exactly what I need, in the format I need it. I can see, at any level of granularity, what's working and what isn't, and act on it immediately, ensuring we are always the most competitive player in our markets without compromising our financial targets.

What keeps me loyal, beyond the product itself, is the support. The vendor doesn't just handle problems when they arise — they proactively manage the system on our behalf, from setup through ongoing data operations. It feels less like working with a software vendor and more like having a dedicated partner embedded in our business.

**What do you dislike about Inception CRM?**

I can't think of any downsides of using Inception CRM. My experience has been entirely positive so far -- and I've been using it for years.

**What problems is Inception CRM solving and how is that benefiting you?**

While Inception CRM had already streamlined our sales operations, we still lacked a reliable way to monitor net profitability across our channels in anything close to real time. With multiple divisions, complex commercial conditions, and sales data arriving from numerous wholesalers and distributors on different cycles, getting a clear picture of where we actually stood — after rebates, discounts, and direct deals — was slow, manual, and incomplete.

Inception CRM's net sales calculator, "G2N", solved this. Built around our specific financial model and running automatically against all of our data sources, it gave us what we were missing: daily visibility into net profitability at every level of the business, with clean, current data and none of the operational burden of maintaining it. Inception is a very intuitive CRM. Whether you’re a first-time rep, a senior KAM, an analyst, or a sales manager, you immediately know where to look and what to click to get things done. What really makes it stand out among other sales-enabling software is the exceptional customer support: absurdly fast response times paired with excellent “consulting,” helping your company follow best-practice benchmarks and avoid inefficiencies, big or small. And their tailored yet flexible implementation approach should be studied both by end-users and project management enthusiasts alike.

It's not widely used across the industry.

I love the ease of use and flexibility that Inception CRM offers, especially when modifying target lists. The backend team provides exceptional support which is a huge advantage. The cost-effectiveness is impressive, particularly when it comes to marketing materials creation. I appreciate the quick service responsiveness, and the high value for money. The system harmonization was smooth with Inception CRM team offering out-of-the-box solutions. I find the cycle planning feature lacking because it does not include account name and specialties.

What I like most about Inception CRM is its intuitive interface, with minimal need for training, scalability options, administration with provided tools without the need for additional costs.

There are also options for direct code intervention that need to be safely tested.

The main task in our utilization is the management of contractual terms with the customer and the subsequent subordinate contracts. These involve various types of subprojects, each with its own processes (flow), with some also being connected to communication with third-party systems.

**What do you like best about Inception CRM?**

After testing many CRM systems, we found the Inception CRM to be the most intuitive and the best designed for our needs as the medical device distributor.

Inception CRM is very robust in modules and features while at the same time being easy to use for our sales representatives. In particular, we find the Tasks, Warehouse and Orders modules very helpful, well-designed, and tailored to our requirements. We are also very satisfied with the Inception CRM Planner which is crucial for our employees to plan their daily activities and follow up on their customer interactions very efficiently.

What we like the most about the Inception CRM are its reports generation capabilities. The reports offer advanced feedback and help us gain valuable insights from our entire sales team activities. Thanks to the detailed reports generated in Inception CRM how we can quickly see which areas and processes need our attention on a daily basis. 

Lastly, we are highly satisfied with the whole implementation process. The IT and support team is incredibly supportive and proficient in ensuring the integration process goes smoothly. Their post-implementation care and support also deserve high praise.

**What do you dislike about Inception CRM?**

In the first few days, some of Inception CRM's more advanced features may not be fully intuitive to new and non-technical users. Although our entire team learned how to use the system very quickly, some needed a little more time to do so.

**What problems is Inception CRM solving and how is that benefiting you?**

With previous CRM solutions, our sales representatives had trouble with quick and efficient planning and reporting activities. Inception CRM has significantly simplified their daily work and made them spend less time doing the same things. We also had a problem with preparing detailed reports - we had to collect and process a lot of data manually, and now with one click we have a dozen detailed reports that provide us with exactly the data we need.

The complexity is the feature I like the most about this software. Almost everything you need for your job is possible to be stored and/ or found here. I appreciate that this software is a big support of my time savings and efficiency.

I don´t have found any negatives to be mentioned yet.

Predominantly I use this platform for territory management and reporting, where it is of a big help by planning my business routes effectively, identification of potential customers, leading to achieving business goals at the end with a consistent check of the return on investments in monthly billing reports.

I like how effectively it supports the work of our field sales reps so that they stay focused on their clients. The campaign management tools are helpful especially for cross-selling and loyalty management.

**What do you dislike about Inception CRM?**

I wish there were more online features. We use the Windows application which is mostly offline. While that has some benefits, an online solution would allow better information sharing.

The system allowed us to eliminate a lot of manual processes, especially paper forms. We were able to completely digitize our forms, increasing efficiency and productive time in the field with clients.
