"The ideal CRM for growing pharmaceutical companies"
What do you like best about Inception CRM?

One of the things I appreciate most about Inception CRM is that the implementation of new features, including new integrations, is fast and easy, while the system still gives us the depth and capabilities I would expect from an enterprise pharma CRM solution.

What is important to us is that it’s built specifically for pharmaceutical workflows and industry requirements. The processes match how pharma companies actually work, and we don’t have to worry about compliance because it comes built-in to Inception CRM, which is very important in our environment.

As an admin, Inception CRM makes my daily work easy. I use the system to manage user accounts and access rights, oversee fleet records, prepare contract templates, maintain the customer database, process update requests from the field, update product price lists, set order discounts, and configure bonus schemes.

And as part of the management team, I also use the system to support sales evaluation and reporting, assign special tasks across our field team, and handle structured period closing.

All of this is managed easily and smoothly within one system in a structured and reliable way.

Over the years, I’ve worked in several companies that use Inception CRM, and the feedback has consistently been very positive from the field teams.

Inception CRM combines easy rollout with the depth, control, and compliance that pharma companies expect and need from their CRM. If I could choose, I would always work with Inception CRM. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Inception CRM?

I’ve been using this system for almost a decade in three separate companies. What really stands out is how much deep functionality is packed into such an easy-to-use platform. The feature depth is impressive — from the beginning, almost everything we needed was included right out of the box, without a complicated setup. The vendor managed our implementation directly, which saved us both time and money, since we were able to leverage their expertise without hiring consultants.

Even the really complex processes that needed to be tailored for us, like our net sales calculator, which calculates actual net profit from each of our sales channels every week, got up and running quickly, without the long implementation cycles you typically see with bigger enterprise CRMs. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Inception CRM?

Nothing I can point to specifically, because whenever there’s an issue with the system, the vendor solves it almost immediately. If there’s a feature we need that isn’t available, they’re usually able to give it to us with the next version. What do you like best about Inception CRM?

As a finance director in a leading branded generics company operating across multiple business areas — primary care, secondary care, hospital sales, and pharmacy sales — maintaining profitability is everything. We sell at the lowest cost to support patient access, which means we operate on razor-thin margins. Monitoring profitability across every channel, in near real-time, is not a nice-to-have; it's essential.

Inception CRM delivers this in a way I haven't found in any other system. Their net sales calculator computes actual net profit on every pack sold across all channels, factoring in the full complexity of our commercial reality: channel-specific pricing, rebates, discounts, free goods, and deals negotiated directly by our reps with pharmacies. Because it runs automatically against the weekly and monthly sales data we receive from wholesalers and distributors — data that the Inception CRM team cleans and prepares on our behalf, every cycle — we get a continuously updated view of where we stand, with no internal overhead on our side.

What made this possible so quickly was the implementation experience. To set up the gross-to-net calculator, all we had to do was describe our financial model. Inception's team did the rest, and had it running in under two months — remarkably fast given the complexity involved. We also had no integration delays: Inception CRM was already connected to all of our wholesalers and distributors, which meant no additional implementation cost and no waiting to get the system live for order taking and sales data processing.

The practical result is that I use the system every day — checking reports, tracking orders, and exploring the sales data — because it shows me exactly what I need, in the format I need it. I can see, at any level of granularity, what's working and what isn't, and act on it immediately, ensuring we are always the most competitive player in our markets without compromising our financial targets.

What keeps me loyal, beyond the product itself, is the support. The vendor doesn't just handle problems when they arise — they proactively manage the system on our behalf, from setup through ongoing data operations. What do you like best about Inception CRM?

After testing many CRM systems, we found the Inception CRM to be the most intuitive and the best designed for our needs as the medical device distributor.

Inception CRM is very robust in modules and features while at the same time being easy to use for our sales representatives. In particular, we find the Tasks, Warehouse and Orders modules very helpful, well-designed, and tailored to our requirements. We are also very satisfied with the Inception CRM Planner which is crucial for our employees to plan their daily activities and follow up on their customer interactions very efficiently.

What we like the most about the Inception CRM are its reports generation capabilities. The reports offer advanced feedback and help us gain valuable insights from our entire sales team activities. Thanks to the detailed reports generated in Inception CRM how we can quickly see which areas and processes need our attention on a daily basis.

Lastly, we are highly satisfied with the whole implementation process. The IT and support team is incredibly supportive and proficient in ensuring the integration process goes smoothly. Their post-implementation care and support also deserve high praise. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
