"work less"
What do you like best about Dot Compliance QMS?

What I like best about Dot Compliance QMS is that it makes managing quality processes a lot easier by automating tasks and keeping everything in one place. It’s built on Salesforce, so it’s reliable and easy to use. You don’t have to deal with messy spreadsheets or disconnected systems — it helps you track documents, training, audits, and other quality activities smoothly. Overall, it saves time, reduces mistakes, and helps companies stay compliant without as much hassle. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Dot Compliance QMS?

What I dislike about Dot Compliance QMS is that it can feel a bit complex at first, especially for new users who aren’t familiar with Salesforce. Setting it up and customizing it can take time and may require help from support or IT. Some users also find that certain features are rigid — it’s not always easy to tailor the system exactly the way you want. And because it’s built on Salesforce, the cost can be higher compared to some other QMS options. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Good and versatile software"
What do you like best about Dot Compliance QMS?

What I like the most about this software is how before our training and SOPs were in completely different programs and it was a little more difficult to keep track of what was going on for the trainings and new SOPs. This one however makes it way easier by having it all in one convenient spot and having a list of any pending trainings in the main screen. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Dot Compliance QMS?

One thing I am not a big fan of with QMS is that it's sometimes hard or very confusing to get to the proper way of printing a form or SOP that is going to be used in the lab. The way you get to the clean form (Notes section) is very unintuitive and can be very confusing to get to. I would like if there was a easier way to be able to print forms instead of having to go through a lot of different menus to print. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Response from Brenda Percy of Dot Compliance QMS

Thank you for the review! We're glad that centralizing your SOPs and training into one place has been so helpful. Your feedback is extremely valuable to us and we appreciate you sharing your experience, it’s essential in ensuring continual improvement.

"Everthing is well organised."
What do you like best about Dot Compliance QMS?

What I like most about Dot Compliance QMS is how easy it is to use. It’s really intuitive, even for people who aren’t super tech-savvy, which makes day-to-day tasks much smoother. I also appreciate how everything—like document control, training records, CAPAs, and change controls—is all in one place. It’s helped our team stay organized and on top of deadlines without having to chase things down. The automatic reminders are a lifesaver, and the audit trails give peace of mind when it comes to compliance. Overall, it just makes managing quality feel a lot less overwhelming. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Dot Compliance QMS?

While Dot Compliance QMS is quite robust, there are a few areas that could be improved. Sometimes the system can feel a bit rigid—customizing certain workflows or reports isn't always straightforward without admin support. Also, the performance can be a bit slow when working with large data sets or during peak usage times. And while the interface is generally user-friendly, there are occasional navigation quirks that take some getting used to. That said, the support team is usually responsive when issues come up. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Response from Brenda Percy of Dot Compliance QMS

Thanks for the great feedback, Vinit! We're happy to hear Dot Compliance is helping your team stay organized and audit-ready.

"Using Dot and it's Nuances"
What do you like best about Dot Compliance QMS?

It is helpful to have the "keywords" field when creating new document revisions. As searchibility in Dot can sometimes be a challenge, this field allows users to make this easier down the line and constantly be able to edit this field. Additionally, the ability to sort the master document list with different categories can also be very helpful. The tiles that indicate records and documents waiting on your action is nice (though too many of these tiles show up with no relevance that need to be filtered every time). Overall, Dot is fairly reasonable to navigate once you figure out the nuances that aid in the ease of use for yourself as a user and other users as well. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Dot Compliance QMS?

I will start with the note that I am not sure if the dislikes I have come from Dot Compliance QMS or its implementation at my company.

Searchability within Dot can be challenging and not intuitive to users to find documents without knowing specific information that may not be readily available. A large portion of the information I need and use everyday for my position is stored in Dot. Without being able to easily search for documents and information, it can add a significant amount of time just trying to locate documents.

Another dislike I have is when creating protocols within Dot, the link within the document revision to do so does not open a new tab. Not only does it not open a new tab, but it does not have an easy way to go back to the document revision the protocol is created for. On that note, the "back" function in Dot does not always take you back to the previous page. It often takes you back to another search page (or other page in general) that has nothing to do with your current task. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
