What I like best is that Inception CRM gives us a clear view of what’s happening across our different territories without forcing every business unit to work in exactly the same way.
We use the same core KPIs and reporting across the company, so it’s easy to compare users, areas, and territories, and follow performance and see whether company-wide initiatives are being put into practice. At the same time, each team can work in a way that makes sense for their own customers, priorities and market conditions.
That balance is important to us. Management gets consistent, reliable information across the business, and local teams get a CRM that fits how they actually work.

What I like best about Inception CRM is how well it supports the day-to-day work of our pharmacy field sales team. Reps can prepare for pharmacy visits, review previous discussions, track sales performance, record agreed activities and capture next steps in one place. It also supports retail execution activities such as rebranding, planogram implementation and photographic documentation. The workflow is straightforward and closely matches how reps actually work in the field, which has helped drive high user adoption.
