Helios provides a HTTP API as well as a command-line client to interact with servers running your containers. Helios Premium is affordable and ad-free and streams some songs even before iTunes. **What do you dislike about Helios?** Helios misses some artists and albums from the list, and whenever i try to reach out for the same, it takes me to a dead end. Helios doesn't have a good customer feedback service, which downgrades it a bit. **What problems is Helios solving and how is that benefiting you?** i listen to random music from various playlists and use the offline songs download feature to listen to my favorite music when i am out of network coverage. i love the way this software works and keeps up with my taste of music. ### 2. I think it's smooth, clean, and easy to use. It's very clear to me that this software is meant to be used by both newbies and pros alike. Occasionally it can freeze up or face small glitches, but overall it works fairly well. Most glitches are resolved within a few seconds. It's truly a pretty versatile software and I enjoy it. **Recommendations to others considering Helios:** I highly recommend this service to others. Thanks to Spotify outsourcing Helios, it's been so much easier to incorporate into our own business. It provides a new, innovative way to sort through data and pull it when needed. ### 7. Best way to utilize a playlist, will never use one of the competitors platform like this. Would recommend for both beginners and pros. Would recommend for companies to use as well, since it's so easy to navigate. Best and newest music drops here before somewhere like Apple or Pandora. **What do you dislike about Helios?** Advertisement if not paying to premium is a downfall, can't choose when specifics are played if not paying. Could use less interruption with free service, if it has to be that way. Feedback is for all intents and purposes, nonexistent. **What problems is Helios solving and how is that benefiting you?** Everyone is much more productive with a little background noise, work morale is overall better and people are in a better mood than without. Also, the pricing for students and families is great. The playlists they have made appeal to all my tastes. You have to post to a forum that does not get read that often and even then Spotify will likely not listen to the people's feedback even when it will easily improve the service. **Recommendations to others considering Helios:** This service is really superior because it works on all platforms, unlike Apple Music or other competitors. The expense portion was not bad either but each receipt needed to be scanned and then uploaded to the system. I heard that Helios really improved the mobile application and receipts could be scanned and sent quickly. **What do you dislike about Helios?** At times, Helios would time out even though it was less than 10 mins. Doesn't require much prior knowledge as it is straightforward. The main homepage of Helios does not require any searching as it is available immediately upon opening. The areas of the software which are for management have password protection. Easy access to customer profiles. Automatic clocking in and out for employee profiles which fail to implement the time schedule properly.Best feature that we use the most is tracking commission sales per employee account and tracking the amount of time something in the store hasn't been used. **What do you dislike about Helios?** It appears the software needs updating to be as modern in appearance as the current computer systems. Every so often the software removes some aspects to customer profiles. The minor items will be phone number deleted. When the employees switch shifts it requires manual change from employee initials. If an employee doesn't remember to change a small initial, the previous employee will receive the commission sales. **Recommendations to others considering Helios:** Straight forward & easy to use.
