What do you like best about HubSpot Sales Hub?
The usability of it all.
The user experience and interface are very user-friendly, especially when compared to other products on the market. Having multiple types of custom fields—such as drop-downs and selectors—makes the whole experience easier. For example, if you try to do an inline edit, the system clearly explains why you can’t edit that field inline.
In general, HubSpot works. And when it doesn’t, it’s really good at telling you why, and what you can do to fix it.
Integrations are great, too. Using different apps and integrations is usually straightforward, and for someone like me who doesn’t have a background in coding, being able to get things done through the various wizards is a big plus.
Performance-wise, I’ve had apprehensions in the past—specifically with report builders where I’ve experienced slowdowns. But in later iterations, that just hasn’t been an issue.
Support and onboarding are consistently fantastic. You’re given dedicated individuals who, if they don’t know the answer, will always help you find the right person to speak to.
The AI intelligence with Breeze AI feels undersold. It’s a fantastic tool, and I’d love to see it implemented in more areas within the platform. More prompts to use it, along with examples of what it can do, would help—especially examples of how we can improve the data, information, and overall usage of HubSpot to better support it. What do you dislike about HubSpot Sales Hub?
The regular changing and updating of the user interface can be generally frustrating.
Relocating features, buttons and links is frustrating. Especially in relation to internal training and internal how-tos for HubSpot. It often leads to confrontation with the users, as the training information and screenshots are made obsolete without any real notice, meaning all of our training materials need to be updated.
