**What do you like best about HubEngage?**

The SMS Campaign function has been evolving rapidly, moving beyond a simple replacement for our previous application and becoming an essential communication tool for our organization. The HubEngage team has listened to our feedback and turned it into meaningful improvements within the application. Our needs have been addressed, and all expectations have been exceeded.

**What do you dislike about HubEngage?**

No negatives within the first year of utilizing their services.

**What problems is HubEngage solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We initially were looking to replace our Email to SMS gateway and move into a more modern messaging platform for organizational updates/on-call coverage. This has become a full fledged integration allowing management through Active Directory groups and has allowed our end users and managers to move into a role of managing their own SMS campaigns and user groups.

HubEngage is a all around quality system for internal communications. They provide a variety of useful functions and tools to help keep employees informed and engaged.

**What do you dislike about HubEngage?**

The only downside is the content editor and the lack of functionality or editing feature to create customized layouts, tables, etc. with a post or event.  Also, there needs to be a way to provide notifications for event registrations.

HubEngage solves multi-platform communication and document repository for my clients. This provides an all in one solution for them.

**What do you like best about HubEngage?**

I like the translator feature in HubEngage. It's very, very helpful because it allows us to translate languages instantly. We have a lot of employees from different countries and states, and with this feature, when they type in their own language, we can translate it to our understanding language instantly. It really helps us know what they are saying. Also, HubEngage has been very beneficial for me and our company. We've been using it for a while, and there's no downside. The customer support shares updates before they happen, which helps us navigate the platform easily. The setup is very, very simple, requiring just my email and company details, making it easy to know what's best for us.

I love how HubEngage enables employees to connect with each other and have meaningful conversations, improving their mutual understanding and collaboration. The ability to celebrate small wins and make announcements through newsletter campaigns is invaluable for our communication strategy. I also find the translator feature extremely beneficial, as it allows employees to communicate in their preferred language and have their messages easily translated, ensuring everyone understands the conversation clearly, no matter their native language. Additionally, the setup process for HubEngage was very smooth and straightforward, like a simple ABC, with quick confirmation emails that were sent without any delays.

I find that sometimes when using the translator in HubEngage, there is a delay before it translates the text but since last month now is going well and fast

I really like how it combines push notification and app notification use. The setup is also straightforward and even though it might be challenging for beginners, it's easy to navigate once you get the hang of it. I appreciate that when you send a message, it gets there instantly with no wasting of time, helping us to quickly reach our team members.

There is a small learning curve when employing all the advanced features. More tutorials on documentation would be helpful for new users.

I like the translator feature in HubEngage because we have many employees with different languages. It lets us translate languages, which is really useful for communication, especially when employees chat in languages like Spanish or French. It allows us to understand each other better by translating into English or any preferred language. The initial setup was very easy thanks to the detailed explanation HubEngage provided on opening an account, and using our basic information like email and phone number made it straightforward.

We're facing some issue regarding when we were logged out from the software for no reason, but thank God the customer support were there to help us out and they did it very fast.

At times it can be difficult to target direct audiences. We have to create segments based off of job codes, departments, or locations, so it can be difficult to hand-pick who can see a post.

We are able to add everything that we want our team members to be informed about onto HubEngage. Not all of our team members have a company email, so this is a great tool to ensure that everyone is notified of the latest news, perks, HR updates, and guest experience updates.

Yash has been a great partner.
Email the support email as proven to be very benefical in getting fixes quickly.

I don't use any of the insight features and just download user reports to get the analytics we want/need.
Some features/settings/functions are not very user friendly - especially the translation function in some areas. When UI/UX suggestions are made, it sometimes takes weeks/months to see improvement.
Could use some more filters under "Users".
Wish we could be notified when posts are reported or flagged.
Wish the desktop layout come be customizable/tailored to our brand/style.

We have an ability with the app to reach our hourly employees with communications - which we couldn't before.

Many of our employees do not work at our primary offices - HubEngage allows everyone to know what is happening at all of our locations by sharing their accomplishments.  Using recognitions to highlight Work Anniversaries is a great way for everyone to remember what an amazing and dedicated team we have.  We also use the App as a resource of information for policies and upcoming employee vents.

It's not always easy to keep employees motivated to share their day on the App, we are competing with their personal social accounts or individuals that "don't post on their own social media".

A Multi-channel Employee Engagement Platform.  For instance, using ToE (Tun on Engagement), you can arrange giving feedback, providing gift cards or get creative with AI powered content. It leads to team building, community building, leadership, satisfaction survey. You can obtain news, use video, image, storytelling, and so on. You have variety of channels to communicate, not just sharing docs through HubEngage. Apart from web platform, or Intranet, of course, mobile app will make things easier, and convenient.

Too much embedded videos and images made the platform a bit complicated, where to start from.

HubEngage has External resources, including resources from Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM), built-in surveys templates, Leaderboard, AI enabled features. In short, a 360 degree platform for efficiency, streamlining communication, and focus on what really matters.

Features, Gamification, Social Stream; the varrying channels within the platform are great. Love the different vehicle options such as mobile, desktop, digital displays.

Formatting issues are the biggest downfall for the platform--inability to post photos in a carousel like on IG; videos needing to be manually pressed to play; thick borders around the image; when crafting emails extra spaces are added or formatting will be altered. 

Also, being able to load our brand kit would be great for emails where we can easily pick from our brand colors, fonts, logos, etc.

The system has glitches and quirks that the HubEngage team quickly irons out but with 5200 employees accessing the platform at all hours of the day, we receive IT tickets and continuous feedback from employees which is often cumbersome to manage.

HubEngage is a truly unique multi-channel employee engagement patform. For example, the Turn on Engagement feature allows you to organize feedback, offer gift cards and experiment with AI powered content. It is ideal for building teams, communities, developing leaders, and conducting satisfaction surveys. You can share news, videos, images and other content. The platform provides a variety of communication channels that extend beyond document sharing. Our favorite feature is the ability to encourage employees to recognize one another, which significantly improves the workplace environment. Furthermore, it is extremely easy to use.

We requested a self recogniton feature for administrators a few months ago, but it was not yet available. We are pleased to see that our feedback was taken into account, and feature has now been implemented.

The only thing I can think of is that the app navigation has been slightly confusing for some of our staff. For example, submitting a social vs. submitting content gets confused.

The site promotes peer to peer recognition, which has been a huge success. Our favorite feature is the opportunity to encourage employees to acknowledge one another it definitely contributes to a great atmosphere. It is really easy to use.

HubEngage presently provides fairly limited reporting capabilities, which might be a bottleneck in some business case scenarios. Customization of the userinterface is not particularly appealing. Customer service is little bit slow.
