What do you like best about HubEngage?

I like the translator feature in HubEngage. It's very, very helpful because it allows us to translate languages instantly. We have a lot of employees from different countries and states, and with this feature, when they type in their own language, we can translate it to our understanding language instantly. It really helps us know what they are saying. Also, HubEngage has been very beneficial for me and our company. We've been using it for a while, and there's no downside. The customer support shares updates before they happen, which helps us navigate the platform easily. I like the translator feature in HubEngage because we have many employees with different languages. It lets us translate languages, which is really useful for communication, especially when employees chat in languages like Spanish or French.
