I have found HR4 to be a reliable tool for managing HR processes, with its straightforward setup and intuitive interface making it easy to integrate into daily routines. I like the end-to-end HR management it offers in one place, along with its user-friendly interface and ease of use. It has streamlined recruitment and onboarding processes and centralized employee information. I enjoy how it provides a seamless candidate transition into onboarding, making recruiting and onboarding feel like a single smooth process. I find the learning curve for new users challenging. The mobile app has limitations that need improvement. Customization presents some challenges too. HR4's integration with other tools is not as smooth as I would like, as it mainly focuses on consolidation rather than connecting seamlessly with other systems.
