**What do you like best about HireScore?**

Based on an organizational psychology approach, applicants answer questions designed to meet our specific business needs, answers are weighted by the value they bring to the role we are searching to fill, and an overview "map" of the applicant's personality is created by the submissions they enter. Our most recent customer service representative has been with us for a year and is a perfect fit! We absolutely could not have found her without the reach provided by HireScore. If you have tried traditional employee search sites, do your business the best favor you can and invest in HireScore immediately!

**What do you dislike about HireScore?**

Perhaps some improvements could be made but I have not found an area which is lacking.

**What problems is HireScore solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Primarily we have used HireScore to find employees in a way that provides a multi-layered insight into who they are before we even reach out for an interview.

Hirescore does an adequate job.  Did make us legally compliant.

Not user friendly.  Had some training issues.
