Easy on the eyes and the brain. The application is easy to use. Review can be sent across to the peers any time and anywhere. The idea they brought in the software are very unique and one of the most important tool for modern day managers. GroSum brought employee satisfaction in the organization. **What do you dislike about GroSum?** The UI & UX is slightly old. There is a lot of scope to improve the website so as to reduce the time required to consume and fill in the required information for appraisals **Recommendations to others considering GroSum:** It was really easy to setup and the Customer Service was great. The interface is intutive and I really like the 360 feedback feature **What problems is GroSum solving and how is that benefiting you?** Easy to use PMS tool.
