Grosum really helps in the maintenance of workflow of the organisation with its integration with Microsoft team, SSO integration. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about GroSum?

What do you like best about GroSum?

An intuitive, easy to use product which is easily configurable and usable by just about anybody. Easy on the eyes and the brain.

The application is easy to use. Review can be sent across to the peers any time and anywhere. The idea they brought in the software are very unique and one of the most important tool for modern day managers. GroSum brought employee satisfaction in the organization. What do you dislike about GroSum?

The UI & UX is slightly old. There is a lot of scope to improve the website so as to reduce the time required to consume and fill in the required information for appraisals Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The platform is very good for that feedback between employee and management where so many things can be implemented for the benefit of the company and the employee. And gather those evaluations whether monthly, weekly, or annually for our employees. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
