**What do you like best about Google Cloud Dialogflow?**

Dialogflow is pretty convenient to create a chatbot and sometime exciting how easy is to build something great! Integreation with many solution exists like Google Meet and the security is ensure end-to-end

Fine tuning a chatbot with dialogflow is cumbursome. It's long, difficult and many tests are required to achieve what we want. The new version with generative AI will be easy to use, but for now it's long and boring!

Easily create a corporate boot to help user to navigate between the existing dashboard or get KPI from specific databases. All the conversation is done in a natural language that helps the users to be more efficient.

Another feature that I find extremely valuable is the rich set of pre-built agents and templates offered by Dialogflow. These pre-built agents serve as a fantastic starting point for common use cases such as customer support, appointment scheduling, or FAQ bots.

The pricing model can be complex to understand and predict, especially when dealing with large-scale chatbot deployments or high volumes of user interactions. It would be beneficial to have more transparent and straightforward pricing options or tools to estimate costs accurately.

**What do you like best about Google Cloud Dialogflow?**

Dialogflow made it easy for non-coders to create question/response results for our Hello PineView app for a high school.  This was for a Girls Who Code club, and broadened exposure to creating applications.  It was also quite easy to create intents that the girls coded to answer more complex questions via a call to our APIs.

**What do you dislike about Google Cloud Dialogflow?**

It wasn't an issue with dialogflow per se, but how the whole google assistant creation hung together felt like 3 radically different applications.  Google IAM, dialogflow, and there  was another one in there for projects - and each web interface was radically different

**What problems is Google Cloud Dialogflow solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Enabled us to create a google assistant voice application.  It was educational for students, but also an actual useful application for the school.

Google Cloud Dialogflow is an exceptional service with powerful AI-based capabilities that can be utilized to create advanced chatbots for customer service and interaction.

The performance of service can be improved to better the response time. The pricing is slightly on the higher end and can be improved to suit customer budgets and thus ensure sustained use of the service.

It is difficult for businesses to have a dedicated support team to help their customers with basic queries. Also for large-scale businesses, the peak user traffic is difficult to handle while providing excellent service to everyone.

I'm frustrated that dialogflow ES does not have access to the latest and greatest Gen AI innovations.  I'm more than happy to pay for CX version but the "upgrade process" is not simple so i'm told.

I like using the dialogflow for its best user interface and easy availablility in my country. I can enhance my work quality from this software. Also the training module is easy to understand and apply in the real life projects.

It's a bit expensive compared to other NLP and NLU engines in the market. I haven't seen the example of scalability but from my friend I heard its not scalable platform

The documentation was very easy to understand and follow through. UI is also very intuitive and quick to grasp. And last but not the least, easy and seamless to create set of convsersations.

**What do you dislike about Google Cloud Dialogflow?**

I guess one downside of Google Cloud Dialogflow is that its a bit cumbersome to include multiple domains into the conversation flow. And it becomes more cumbersome with nested conversations in the domains.

We were using Google Cloud Dialogflow to compare how it performs with respect to the internal tool we were building for automated chatbot maker. This was done while working with Nvidia.

The thing is dislike about dailogflow is there pricing which is too costly for business and other thing I dislike is it's performance on response. So these two thing cost and performance.

I believe Dialogflow could be more dynamic and better integrated with other Google Cloud solutions. We use Dialogflow along with Vertex AI and Bard and often times we have a hard time making the best our of the AI we built

Google Dialogflow is a great way to get started with natural language processing (NLP). It's easy to use and has a lot of features that make it fun to learn programming. I would definitely recommend Dialogflow to anyone who wants to learn NLP or create a chatbot.

I love that I can easily create intents on it and manage a bot. We use it as an informational bot for our clients; it has been great to use to debug any issues. I love that I can use the tester and see responses in real-time as I make the changes.

A lot of unique things must be coded for our particular use case. We usually need advanced features to create responses based on different APIS. We have to use other third party software to integrate this or write code that needs maintenance.

Our clients have different use cases for the uses of chatbots. But we use chatbots for government sites, and are able to create informational bots that can save a lot of time.

There is nothing much to dislike about as i have used Amazon alexa too and found similar or even more better controls in dialogflow.

**What do you like best about Google Cloud Dialogflow?**

Google Cloud Dialogflow is one of the easiest conversational platforms to learn, develop, test, and implement with.  The platform has a lot of documentation with linked examples and how to's that make building a use case easy to do.  You also have an all in one solution where you can design, develop, test, train, and implement from a single pane of glass.  Some tools will have you logging into multiple portals and using different screens which creates confusion that is not needed, but Dialogflow doesn't have this experience.  Lastly, you are backed by a lot of Google services so this cuts down on standard solutions that are already pre-built for you to use.

**What do you dislike about Google Cloud Dialogflow?**

I need to go back and look, but the one use case that I didn't push with Dialogflow was an IVR integrated bots.  At the time, Dialogflow was behind some of the other solutions but I know they (Google) has started if not made GA a contact center solution that I believe incorporates some advancements.  Again, this is an area where I saw a deficiency a while ago, but as far as the platform overall I don't really have any negative comments.

**What problems is Google Cloud Dialogflow solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The platform solves for many use cases.  One is the use in enhancing NLU within other chatbots on our enterprise where we are using a different chat provider.  In this case, Dialogflow NLP technology is more advanced in parsing and understanding natural language so we have swapped out the acual NLP technology in favor of Google's offering and will most likely replace and refactor the overall chat assistant in future.  Other use cases pertain to paid marketing chatbots, voice assistants being deployed in native application use cases, and we are looking at exploring a knowledge management solution that is open to many different channels to use.  One key primary area though is in simply providing best in class FAQs for contact center solutions in driving call deflection and reduction of agent time spent on calls.

Google Cloud Dialogflow has one of the best user interfaces and is a very easy and efficient platform to build chatbots from the scratch. It has so many pre-built agents as well as a large set of training phrases which makes chatbot development much easier.

There can be more integrations once the chatbot is ready to be deployed live. Other than this, the platform does not have any other issues in my opinion as it really serves the purpose it is intended for.

I am using Google Dialogflow for the last 2 years. I developed multiple chatbots and voice bots using Google Dialogflow. I found this is a very easy-to-learn technology for developing interactive and smart chatbots. The best part of Dialogflow is it's having multiple integrations so that we can easily develop complex chatbots!

I am using Google Dialogflow for the last 2 years. I developed multiple chatbots and voice bots using Google Dialogflow. I did not face any problems while developing the chatbots and IVR (Voice Bot).
So no dislikes from my end. I am very much satisfied with Google Dialogflow.

If you are an Automation Engineer and want to build interactive and smart chatbots then Google Dialogflow is the best option for it. It's very fast and easy to learn with having lots of integrations!

* Google Dialogflow is the best way to build chatbots. It isn't that complex. Even a first-timer can use it without an issue
* It makes things more manageable with the UI. We don't need to do any complex codings to get the flow right.

* There is not much to dislike about Dialogflow. But the input context and output context gets messed up when we decide to change the intent name later
* This action also breaks the tree structure, which makes it hard to understand

* We're using dialog flow mainly for building chatbots
* It's easy to integrate with any platforms

I like the ability to design a bot using both the GUI interface on the website. It is very helpful as I feel more comfortable using the Dialogflow SDK v2 but the tester team can be given selective permission to view and test the changes using the intuitive UI

**What do you dislike about Google Cloud Dialogflow?**

In my more than 3 years of use, I say this truth that I never came across any issue from Dialogflow. I sometimes faced difficulty but that was only when I was not using the correct alternative already present there.

**Recommendations to others considering Google Cloud Dialogflow:**

If you are trying out for a bot do give this one a try as you can easily integrate it with other Google services and you can try both the DIalogflow CX(new and advanced) or Dialogflow ES( old and simpler one)  for free without buying enterprise version.

I too just pay for the hosting on Google CLoud VM as I don't require the enterprise features as of now. So it saves me some bucks

I mainly design it as my website bot where it could capture user data if the problem is not resolved and schedule an appointment. I found the easy-to-integrate solutions and especially the beta features which still work amazingly for example creating FAQs is now just a CSV upload away.

It even has a native integration of a Phone Gateway to play without configuring SIP Accounts!

Phone Gateway is limited to USA & Canada Numbers only, making it hard to connect to other VoIP / SIP Providers than Twilio. If Twilio didn't support your country, it's cumbersome for citizen developers to connect to a VoIP Provider.

It's part of Google Cloud Suite of Business Application! Google Apps works like a charm when they work together. Build your bot and train it with NLP modules right within the Google Cloud.
