It offers a centralized platform where I can update business details, keep an eye on and reply to reviews, photos, and messages, and also monitor analytics to track performance metrics. **What do you dislike about GMB Briefcase?** At this time, I don't have any issues or concerns with GMB Briefcase. If anything does come up, I am open to addressing it. **What problems is GMB Briefcase solving and how is that benefiting you?** This tool has truly been a lifesaver for managing Google My Business profiles. It addresses the most common challenges, such as updating business information, responding to reviews, and tracking analytics. Additionally, the way it organizes responses is logical and easy to follow. They never renew my monthly credits. I have to contact them every time and they would do it manually. Thus kept happening to a point that I just gave up and didn't bother for a while. Today, I thought I logg back in and ask them for credits again, noticed that they had deactivated my account. I did email the support and yet to hear back. This was the worst LTD I have ever bought. **What do you dislike about GMB Briefcase?** No delivering what they promised. They don't renew your monthly credit. This should be automatic. **What problems is GMB Briefcase solving and how is that benefiting you?** Nothing ... can't use it ### 3.
