# Emails from one particular server are not going through - how do I find out why or solve the problem

Okay gang, I am new to GMass and got it because I run a volunteer organization for parents and not everyone was receiving emails. Our parents who use Comcast are still not getting them. At first I thought we were relegated to spam, but that is not happening. Then I thought they were not set up to receive group emails, but that also is not happening as GMAss sends individually. I have tried three different email addresses as sender first and then moved on to GMass but still nothing. Any ideas?

Rephrasing your question, emails sent to a particular server are not going through, how to solve this.
Answer: Please try sending directly through gmail to check if it is gmail issue or gmass issue. If it is gmail issue then your email id is classified as spam or the mail text contains text that is classified as spam. On the other hand if it is gmass issue then try disabling tracking tools while sending email. Gmass puts certain links in images, links and blank link to detect whether links are clicked or mail is opened, etc. These may be used by Comcast to consider it as spam.
