# Emails from one particular server are not going through - how do I find out why or solve the problem Okay gang, I am new to GMass and got it because I run a volunteer organization for parents and not everyone was receiving emails. Our parents who use Comcast are still not getting them. At first I thought we were relegated to spam, but that is not happening. Then I thought they were not set up to receive group emails, but that also is not happening as GMAss sends individually.
