Genesys Cloud CX allows me to contact clients and carriers through VoIP and it works well. Call do not drop and audio is clear. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The features and dashboard are not laid out clearly and it is very challenging to navigate. Finding missed calls or history is challenging and finding texts is nearly impossible. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
