**What do you like best about FieldCamp?**

We love FieldCamp's automation and AI capabilities, it saves our team so much time, both admin wise and in the field, and helps collect payments quicker so it great for our company's cashflow.  The UI is really clean and modern and their support is second to none!

**What do you dislike about FieldCamp?**

To be honest, there's nothing I really dislike about this software as it fulfils all our requirements.

**What problems is FieldCamp solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Fieldcamp has a huge range of features and customisable functions, which has really helped cut down the time we spend entering information and scheduling jobs in the system. Our technicians also save time when working in rural areas, because Fieldcamp lets us add the exact geo-location of a property using coordinates.

The automation flows you can set up feel almost limitless, and they’ve saved us hours on generating and sending invoices and receipts, as well as chasing payments, which used to take up around a day a week. Now I can use that time to help grow the business instead of being stuck doing admin.  

The AI assistant with voice control is a complete game changer! As a company built around forward thinking innovation, it’s even in our tagline, so the latest technology in Fieldcamp helps us truly bring that vision to life. 

Our cashflow has improved too, thanks to invoice follow-up automation and the integrated Stripe payment feature on invoices. We also no longer have to take endless phone calls from customers who want to pay by card.

One of my favourite parts of Fieldcamp is its data analysis and reporting capabilities. I have full visibility into the business’s financial operations, including revenue, and it can even calculate profit by job, technician, and by week, month, etc.  This data will really help us to streamline and improve our operational running costs, as well as quote jobs correctly.

I also have the ability to track my team anywhere in the field, which is really helpful when new jobs come in. I can see exactly where they are, add a job to the run if it’s nearby, let the technician know before they pass it, and tell the client right there on the phone that we can fit them in.

I'm looking forward to the new integrations which are coming out such as being able to sync with Xero (they can already integrate with Quickbooks), as that's going to save a whole other heap of time, so we can be even more productive!

**What do you like best about FieldCamp?**

I like that FieldCamp is generally all in one place, so I don't need a separate task manager or an app for tracking inventory or a system for scheduling and dispatching technicians. It's all handled in one single platform. The flexibility is great too; it has adapted well to the specific way we run our business rather than forcing us to use generic workflows that don't quite fit our niche. I also find the feature that allows us to plan out a route for technicians based on client data, including last and next service dates, to be agile for both admin and technicians. Keeping track of the inventory is another vital feature, as it helps us plan out our delivery routes on a daily basis. Lastly, their support has been very responsive.

**What problems is FieldCamp solving and how is that benefiting you?**

FieldCamp consolidates everything we need in one platform, freeing us from separate apps for task management, scheduling, and inventory. It adapts to our business, helping us easily track inventory and plan technician routes, improving efficiency.

Fast iterations, great tool for communication and field service management. Most other companies are software and then try to tack on AI, but this is AI first and works way better than other softwares we have used.

So far, no downside. It is newer which sometimes feels a little risky, but so far, really good.

AI first, lots of automations, excellent communication tools + field service management and an all in one tool.

**What do you like best about FieldCamp?**

I use FieldCamp for my service company, and it helps with scheduling my technicians' schedules daily and generating invoices. I like that there is a mobile app for my technicians to check in and out, and the scheduling is easy for my team. There's an AI dispatcher that determines the closest available technician that can head over to my customer's premises. During the initial setup, FieldCamp assisted us with importing all our customer details over, and even though there were hiccups, their team was quick to assist.

**What do you dislike about FieldCamp?**

Occasionally, the loading will take abit slower but they are quick to fix it

**What problems is FieldCamp solving and how is that benefiting you?**

FieldCamp helps schedule my technicians' daily tasks, generate invoices, and offers an AI dispatcher for optimal assignment. The mobile app allows technicians to check in and out easily, enhancing operational efficiency.

**What do you like best about FieldCamp?**

I looked at dozens of FSMs for our home services business and FieldCamp felt different immediately. 

First of all, it's AI first-- meaning AI is baked into every part of the app, from analytics to intelligent scheduling. It also means there's a ChatGPT feature inside the app that can execute day-to-day work like "Draft invoices for jobs completed today".

Second, the interface is extremely clean. I'm a big fan of Notion, and you can tell the devs think of UI first. This is not the sludgy, out of date experience you find with many other "legacy" FSMs.

Finally, it gives you tools to handle the entire job life cycle. There's getting the job (leads), onboarding customers (customer forms and booking tools), doing the work (employee forms and time tracking), and closing out the job (invoicing and forms to measure client satisfaction).

The clean UI and lean build make it extremely easy to get started as an admin and as a field tech. We use it everyday for our business. The price is unbeatable and the team is fast-moving and super responsive to feedback and delivering help.

**What do you dislike about FieldCamp?**

Nothing of note. The feature list is expanding almost weekly. This the founder's second software company in the field services space, so he knows the ropes.

A single field services app to handle the job life cycle-- from lead, to customer, to job completion, to invoicing.

As the first customer using FieldCamp for scaffold tower hire, I appreciate how easy it is to schedule jobs and track equipment usage. The interface is user-friendly, and it saves us a lot of time compared to manual booking. It helps us stay organized and avoid double bookings

**What do you dislike about FieldCamp?**

So far, everything works well but I would like to see more customization options for different types of equipment. Sometimes it takes a bit longer to load when internet is slow on-site.

**What problems is FieldCamp solving and how is that benefiting you?**

FieldCamp helps us manage our scaffold tower rental operations more efficiently. It solves scheduling conflicts and keeps track of all bookings in one place, which reduces double-booking issues. This saves us time, improves customer satisfaction, and makes daily operations smoother.
