"The Central Hub for Our Field Operations"
5/5
What do you like best about FieldCamp?

What I appreciate most is how intuitive the whole platform is. My team isn't exactly tech savvy and they picked it up fast, which was a huge relief. The AI chat feature is really impressive too because I can just type what I need in plain English and it gets done. Need to create an estimate? Just ask. Want to pull up a client's job history? Done in seconds. Just last week I needed to put together estimates for a couple of new clients, and instead of building each one from scratch I just told the AI chat what I needed and it pulled up the right products and pricing and had the estimates drafted in minutes. What used to take me 20 or 30 minutes each now takes maybe two minutes because the system already knows our products, our pricing, and our line items. I use the AI chat every single day. If I had to pick one thing it would be the estimate to job workflow hands down. That single pipeline has probably saved us more time and prevented more errors than anything else. Before, we'd write up an estimate in one system and then manually re-enter everything to create a work order, and things would get missed or numbers typed wrong. Now it's seamless. The estimate is already there with all the details, so when the customer gives the green light we just click convert and everything carries over perfectly. I love how everything connects together so an estimate flows right into a job which flows into an invoice, and nothing gets lost in translation. The scheduling and calendar view keeps our crews organized without me having to micromanage every appointment. The customer management piece alone has been huge because we can pull up anyone's full history in seconds. The difference has been noticeable since we used to miss maybe 10 to 15 percent of potential jobs because nobody circled back in time, and that's basically gone now. On the admin side we're saving at least 5 to 8 hours a week just on estimate creation and job scheduling, and billing errors have dropped significantly because we're not manually re-keying information between systems. FieldCamp handles the field operations side really well and complements our other tools like our CRM and QuickBooks nicely. Setup was honestly easier than I expected; we had our products and services loaded in pretty quickly and started creating estimates and jobs within the first couple of days, and the interface is clean enough that my office staff figured out the basics without much hand holding. Their support team has been responsive whenever we've had questions. For what it does and what it costs it's been one of the better investments we've made in our business. It just works the way a field service tool should. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about FieldCamp?

Honestly, there isn’t anything I strongly dislike. Overall, it has been a very helpful tool for our team. Any feedback I have would just be minor improvements, not real complaints. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Streamlined Operations for Small Businesses"
4.5/5
What do you like best about FieldCamp?

I like that FieldCamp is generally all in one place, so I don't need a separate task manager or an app for tracking inventory or a system for scheduling and dispatching technicians. It's all handled in one single platform. The flexibility is great too; it has adapted well to the specific way we run our business rather than forcing us to use generic workflows that don't quite fit our niche. I also find the feature that allows us to plan out a route for technicians based on client data, including last and next service dates, to be agile for both admin and technicians. Keeping track of the inventory is another vital feature, as it helps us plan out our delivery routes on a daily basis. Lastly, their support has been very responsive. "AI-First Field Service Management with Fast Iterations and Great Communication"
4.5/5
What do you like best about FieldCamp?

Fast iterations, great tool for communication and field service management. Most other companies are software and then try to tack on AI, but this is AI first and works way better than other softwares we have used. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about FieldCamp?

So far, no downside. It is newer which sometimes feels a little risky, but so far, really good. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Efficient Scheduling with Great Support"
5/5
What do you like best about FieldCamp?

I use FieldCamp for my service company, and it helps with scheduling my technicians' schedules daily and generating invoices. I like that there is a mobile app for my technicians to check in and out, and the scheduling is easy for my team. There's an AI dispatcher that determines the closest available technician that can head over to my customer's premises. During the initial setup, FieldCamp assisted us with importing all our customer details over, and even though there were hiccups, their team was quick to assist. Occasionally, the loading will take abit slower but they are quick to fix it Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"The field service management (FSM) platform of the future."
5/5
What do you like best about FieldCamp?

I looked at dozens of FSMs for our home services business and FieldCamp felt different immediately.

First of all, it's AI first-- meaning AI is baked into every part of the app, from analytics to intelligent scheduling. It also means there's a ChatGPT feature inside the app that can execute day-to-day work like "Draft invoices for jobs completed today".

Second, the interface is extremely clean. I'm a big fan of Notion, and you can tell the devs think of UI first. This is not the sludgy, out of date experience you find with many other "legacy" FSMs.

Finally, it gives you tools to handle the entire job life cycle. There's getting the job (leads), onboarding customers (customer forms and booking tools), doing the work (employee forms and time tracking), and closing out the job (invoicing and forms to measure client satisfaction).

The clean UI and lean build make it extremely easy to get started as an admin and as a field tech. We use it everyday for our business. The price is unbeatable and the team is fast-moving and super responsive to feedback and delivering help. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about FieldCamp?

Nothing of note. The feature list is expanding almost weekly. This the founder's second software company in the field services space, so he knows the ropes. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
