What do you like best?

It's simple and it works. With very little effort we are getting automatic Blog updates sent out to our subscribers. An that is exactly what we were looking for. It's working well with our marketo system and I don't have to worry about putting together one more email. I can just review and approve it to go out. Since we just implemented and sent out 4 emails to date, I am still uysing the manual approval step, but in a few weeks we'll move to a fully automatic process. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike?

Since it is so simple thare are not a lot of bells and whistles. I would like to have more control of the email itself. E. g. when an email has been created by Feedotter in Marketo, I can delete it, but I can't make a change in Feedowtter and retrigger a new email to be created with the updated information. For that I have to wait until the next blog update to see the results of my change. But again, simple and reliable is what we wanted, and Feedotter is is doing what we need it to do. What do you like best?

This tool allowed us to scale for our B2B needs, automating global campaigns by date and adding options to only trigger if new content was posted on our site. All of this, while keeping on-brand, and allowing email customization by region. There was nothing in the market that compared to this feature set as we needed it, and it was very easy for our team to implement. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike?

FeedOtter has been responsive, and even implemented an immediate update to meet our business needs and use case. We're new to this platform, but honestly, we have no complaints so far. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best?

FeedOtter is a good tool to automate and optimize email marketing, you can handle the sending and sending of communication publications, as a kind of newsletter through practical tools provided by the software, such as the automatic mail scheduler, but also the management of reminders, in addition to which of course you can personalize it according to your brand since you have numerous templates, and add comment surveys for the recipients of the emails. What I like the most is that it allows you to publish content directly from Wordpress in emails, in addition to Marketo newsletters, and the configuration takes less than 10 minutes. You can simply use it both to get information and additional it is a perfect complement to increase the traffic of your blog, and to promote your sales. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike?

Sometimes I present some problems with scheduled publications that did not come out at the time stipulated, this mishap I do not know what reason it occurred, it has not happened again, but I am left with a feeling of uncertainty about the software. They should also develop some mobile or desktop application, and lastly it would not hurt to integrate an image library. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

It does not have some usefulness and DIY customization out of the container. not many hiccups when planned posts missed cutoff times or when posts are refreshed and the distribute time changes other than that not experienced anything terrible about the product Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Apparatuses to computerize and plan RSS email legitimately through showcasing computerization programming, FeedOtter intends to assist clients with developing their supporter records, sustain leads and close more deals, FeedOtter has likewise been incredible about help through our change procedure to utilizing the item just as any inquiries we had after. What do you like best?

We produce a lot of content, which of course then evolves into multiple email sends so that our content can be seen. With feed otter we are able to shorten our building and selection process for email sends allowing more focus for data and strategy. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike?

With so much content, we would like to see a better search function of what the rss feed can pull in. Although we believe we have found a work around for now, we are excited to see the potential growth FeedOtter can offer. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best?

We required something to maneuver our RSS channel into a mail that could be sent from Pardot, the primary arrangement we found was FeedOtter and it does precisely what it says! Arrangement was extremely simple - it was associated with Pardot in minutes. Setting it up to force our RSS channel was significantly speedier. At the point when I began building a format I saw it as somewhat issues with minor things like logo measurements, yet in the wake of hopping into the layout HTML I had the option to explain this with little exertion. What truly set FeedOtter separated, is the administration. Andy has been extremely responsive with messages and immediately helped us to adjust a couple of the particular prerequisites we had. By and large it's been a great encounter working with FeedOtter and wouldn't spare a moment to suggest others use them too. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike?

Not many cons I can think of, the support staff has been very good! however it lacked some features so we've moved to a different internal emailing system. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

Able to send mass e-mails internally much more quickly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best?

The platform is intuitive, the documentation is thorough, and when I do have questions, they are answered very promptly. I believe the system is so powerful and flexible that there are ways to take advantage of FeedOtter that my team hasn't even thought of yet. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike?

I honestly haven't had any real issues with FeedOtter. I have a few ideas on additions to the platform, but the team seems very open to making the best product so I would not look at that as a negative. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

FeedOtter has helped my small team save at least 4 hours each week with our newsletters. Considering it was reasonably quick to set up our custom template on the front-end, we will see substantial time savings over the course of the year. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best?

Easy to set-up (they use custom tags).

Works with RSS feed.

Integrates with Pardot.

Set it, forget it. Really nothing to upkeep, unless you want to make changes.

Small company but good support Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike?

None really. Our use it very simple: pull from our blog using an RSS feed and send one once a month through Pardot. We set this up a year ago, and it's still working strong.

It only pulls from the RSS feed. So anything crazy or out of the ordinary like a 2nd image, it will not pull from. But I didn't expect it too. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering the product:

If you a standard look for your email, and you have an RSS feed to pull from, this will save you a few hours for each newsletter just on the design. If you can integrate it with an email marketing platform that Feedotter works from, then this can do it all for you, scheduled, without you even spending 1 second on it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

Time. We use this for low priority prospects. It's used as a "touch." So the look is the same, and it's pulling from the last six articles in our blog (which we update 3 times a week).

We review it before it sends, but Feedotter actually does the sending. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
