I find the Omeda platform very user-friendly and intuitive. It’s easy to navigate, and I can quickly find the tools and information I need. I especially enjoy the Journeys marketing automation feature because it makes it simple to build sophisticated, multi-step campaigns. My team can execute everything from a straightforward email send to a more complex journey using filters, branching logic, and personalized paths based on demographic and behavioral data. The email designer is also a valuable tool, letting users create professional, visually appealing emails without needing extensive HTML knowledge, which helps streamline the overall process. I tend to operate at one speed: high-speed. I’m impatient, so while I wouldn’t exactly call this a dislike of Omeda, I do dislike having to wait for queries to open. What I like best about Omeda is the breadth of the platform and its ability to bring audience data, segmentation, email marketing, and engagement activity together in one system. The flexibility of the updated Audience Builder is particularly valuable, allowing us to create highly targeted audiences based on a wide range of demo, behavioral, and engagement criteria.

Omeda also gives us the ability to manage complex audiences across multiple brands while maintaining a centralized view of our 1st party data. I like how flexible and customizable Omeda Platform can be for each client. I also really value the Omeda team and the experts who help you along the way. They are responsive, collaborative, and willing to help think through new ideas and more complex use cases. Odyssey and Audience Builder are the tools I use the most. Audience Builder is useful for creating and refining complex queries as well as reviewing data analysis. Odyssey lets me build, test, and manage multi-step campaigns in one place. Some areas of the platform could be more intuitive, especially when working through more complex setups or troubleshooting. There are also times when relatively small changes require support rather than being fully self-service. What I appreciate most about Omeda is that they truly understand the B2B publishing and media industry.

The way Omeda structures, tags, and organizes audience data makes it easy for us to build meaningful segments, identify audience intent, and create targeted lists that align with what our advertisers need.

Three things stand out for me:

Ease of use: The platform is straightforward and intuitive. It doesn't try to be flashy, and I appreciate that. Onboarding new team members is simple, with very little learning curve or disruption.

The people: In a world where everything is moving toward AI and automation, Omeda has managed to maintain genuine human relationships. The user interface is functional and intuitive, but it isn't necessarily the most modern or visually sophisticated. Personally, I value simplicity over flashy design, so this isn't a major drawback.

I'd also love to see Omeda continue expanding its integration capabilities, particularly around AI-powered audience engagement and the ability to move intent signals and audience segments more seamlessly between Omeda and other platforms in our technology ecosystem. I use Omeda to host images for the eblasts I create for my company. And Omeda makes it incredibly easy to host images. If I've already hosted a particular image, Omeda makes it easy to search for that image so I don't have to upload it again. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I use Omeda to host images for my company's eblasts and sometimes when I upload the image, it doesn't show me the URL, so then I need to go below to the search bar and search for it.
