Very cost-efficient. The sharing of the link is rapid and easy, and I rarely have to explain the working of the feedback company. **What do you dislike about Feedback Company?** I can't think of anything I dislike. Feedback company is a very easy-to-use program, and I also fully agree with their way of working, ethics, etc. Overall very happy. **What problems is Feedback Company solving and how is that benefiting you?** For our business and specifically my role within this company, it is helpful to get as much user and customer insights as possible.
