It was super easy to set up. I wanted a booking app for my clients that was simple to use and did not collect much personal information. I also had no need for extra features (ie. separate email, storing client notes/invoicing etc), that I already had subscriptions and software for. Also in setting up my weekly calendar it forced me to think critically about my time availability and the flexibility I was able to offer without having to make these decisions after every client email/call. Now they can book, and if they ask for time outside the hours displayed, sometimes I can decide to flex but often I just send them to someone else who can more easily accommodate them. It’s saved a HUGE amount of time, and decision making. Also, I love that it will send reminders automatically so I don’t have text clients. This has decreased no-shows and late cancels.
