"Time Saver"
What do you like best about GoReminders?

It was super easy to set up. I wanted a booking app for my clients that was simple to use and did not collect much personal information. I also had no need for extra features (ie. separate email, storing client notes/invoicing etc), that I already had subscriptions and software for. Also in setting up my weekly calendar it forced me to think critically about my time availability and the flexibility I was able to offer without having to make these decisions after every client email/call. Now they can book, and if they ask for time outside the hours displayed, sometimes I can decide to flex but often I just send them to someone else who can more easily accommodate them. It’s saved a HUGE amount of time, and decision making. Also, I love that it will send reminders automatically so I don’t have text clients. This has decreased no-shows and late cancels. What do you dislike about GoReminders?

At first I wanted to be able to change the hours each week, but actually I’ve learned to roll with how it’s set up and it’s added a better rhythm to my work weeks. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about GoReminders?

Before using GoReminders, we often forgot to follow up with clients the day before their appointments, and many clients would forget their scheduled time with us. It caused a lot of confusion, wasted time, and unnecessary rescheduling.

Since switching to GoReminders, everything has changed. The automated text and email reminders go out like clockwork, and our clients love them—we even get compliments about how helpful they are. Appointments are kept, no-shows have dropped dramatically, and our team saves time by not having to manually follow up.

I am lucky enough to have been able to adapt to what goreminders offer. But, its not setup for a tradie like me. I would like it to offer more, but then the price skyrockets and I can justify that Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about GoReminders?

Small business here! I was looking for a way, that fit within our limited budget, to streamline the booking and scheduling process for clients. I needed eliminate some issues we have had in the past with clients forgetting about their appointments, me typing in an address or phone number incorrectly, and the occasional double booking. This handy service has eliminated that, and so far our clients love the ability to receive texts and/or emails for scheduling. Customer service is TOP NOTCH and willing to accommodate budget restrictions. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about GoReminders?

There are a few things that I would like the option to alter 1)Setting available appointment times and not allowing the schedule automatically roll over from week to week. 2) I don't want clients to have. the option to book multiple appointments - eliminate the "make another appointment" option. 3) The link sent to customers stays active indefinitely- as far as I can tell. Once they have booked and appointment, I would like an option for them to receive a message saying something along the lines of response already received - or form cannot be submitted again. Lastly- and this is just nit picky- I could would not complain about receiving fewer spammy type emails. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about GoReminders?

I really love all of it the fact that I can text people from it that it sends reminders and that I can use and that the calendar links right to the Google Calendar as well Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

There's not much that I dislike to be honest maybe that I have to pay for the text messages but to be honest I absolutely love everything about this app Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
