I love how cheap and easy to use it is. Very cost-efficient. The sharing of the link is rapid and easy, and I rarely have to explain the working of the feedback company. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

One thing that I dislike is the fact that the reviews arent placed on a website of a company but they are placed on an third party company website that customers have to go to Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
